In the couple of years I have had OneGuard only one service request was covered. The most recent claim was my a/c drain was clogged. Claim was denied. If it was that the drain had come unscrewed to screw it back would have been covered. Because it needed to be unclogged it was not covered. I paid the $69 service fee and still had to pay the contractor $125 to unclog the drain. Issues like this continue to be my problem with this company. I will be changing companies at the end of my contract in December.

Cynthia F did an outstanding job of obtaining a telephone number of someone who could help with a claim.
Prior to that, the entire One Guard claims, service and customer relations is 100% TERRIBLE. Phones are not answered and when they are put on hold with NO response. From April 23 until today Aug 2, I have spent hours trying to resolve this claim(1 hour today). No one takes responsibility and it starts with management. Your score is aNEGATIVE 5

I had them for almost 4 years. It has become increasingly more difficult to get repairs and certainly to get them timely!
My oven had been broken since Christmas Day. Someone came to repair water heater and now things aren’t working. That’s sad.
