Really wonderful customer service. There have been a few times I should have used my plan. I recommend calling anytime something breaks to see if it’s covered (for example your dishwasher). They will try to fix it but if it is not fixable they will replace it!

There is a work order for my dishwasher on this past Monday. Today is Wednesday and no one has call me. The first time I call I waited an hour, and the person that pick up hang up on me right away. I didn’t even have a chance to say hello. The second time a car while I was driving, again the call lasted 42 minutes and no one picked up. The third time I called and spoke to a lady and she told me she will get back with me while she checked with the contractor. Somehow we got disconnected, I’ll figure she would call me back since she have my number on file. No one contact me. I called again and waited about 15 minutes or so, and luckily pending pick up. He is a lifesaver. He is Courteous and professional. He insured me that he will follow up with me by tagging my case. Associates like him is the only way to build loyal customers.

We've had OneGuard for almost a year and are very satisfied. We had new locks installed when we first moved in and it took no time. Renewing our policy was AMAZING, our service consultant was Alexander J who was incredibly helpful and professional. The call was answered within 2 minutes and he took care of us in under 5 minutes.

My tankless water heater started leaking and Oneguard immediately sent a local service contractor. After two attempts to repair it, he recommended a replacement. Oneguard's Authorization Specialist, Joanna B was outstanding in her responsiveness and assistance in getting us a new unit and getting our household back to normal.

Overall, one guard is great. When you need something serviced, they are great with answering and getting the actual service in place. But after you pay the fee and you try to contact them, they seem to take much longer in replying.
I still decided to renew because you never know what can happen to your home and when I spoke to Alexander J, he answered all my questions and eased my mind with a previous problem that I thought would effect my coverage. He assured that it will all be okay and was very nice and professional about everything.
