The technician stated that the compressor went bad twice before this claim which would be considered a pre-existing issue before your plan has started , Unfortunately we aren't allowed to cover any pre-existing issue.

After reviewing your account , you have customized your own plan and don't have water heater coverage on your policy and unfortunately not able to submit a claim for the water heater.
