Hello Kemery. Our records indicate you placed a claim on March 4, 2021, for your garbage disposal having a leak. First American dispatched an independent contractor, J & S Mechanical, to diagnose the failure. The contractor replaced garbage disposal as of March 5, 2021.

On April 7, 2021, First American contacted you to discuss the non-covered charges you indicated in this review. You advised you were unaware faucets are not covered per your contract. You were advised you can find this information on your contract under Plumbing, Not Covered.
