Air Solutions replaced your package unit due to a cracked heat exchanger. As a result of the replacement there were non-covered charges for code upgrades and modifications that are not covered per your home warranty contract under Limits of Liability, Number Six. Our records indicate the replacement was completed on March 11, 2021. As such, your claim is considered closed.
