Had a bad experience with another company and I find 2-10 to be very responsive and they have qualified technicians. We had to wait for a part to be ordered but it was done as quickly as possible and the repair was done in timely manner. It was for the HVAC unit. It was a good experience. We felt the person was knowledgeable and took care of things they were should have been taken care of.

It's all trough website. I never talked to costumer care, they're very good. One time the range microwave got an issue and they try to fix it. It fixed for few days then it broke and they came back and they said they would love to replace it. The only thing is their vendors are not available right away every time, it takes four or five days or a week, so you're not going go get that help right away but once you got the house, you're in a good situation. It's a good value.

Everything's been prompt and easy. I've only used it twice but just It's pretty straight forward and pretty simple to use. My furnace was not working and I submitted back a report saying it wasn't working and I got a phone call within fifteen minutes from a company in the area that was going to come out and fix it. They had it repaired less than twenty four hours. I think it's valuable, I'll probably renew it once it expires.

I feel that as a single older woman that they are very quick to help you. I get a good value for my money and they always make sure that I understand what they're talking about. When they came in to fix I've had him come in and fix my garbage disposal trying to think what else was it that they saving fix my leaking toilet they came they fixed it and I've had no problems with it. They're always responsive they quickly set up for someone to come and assist me. And everyone that I've used that he's been a couple of times this year has been very polite , I feel like they've given me a fair value.

I needed the warranty for my air conditioner and the service man came out and took it all apart and cleaned it. It was very professional. He knew exactly what the problem was. He helped us out in a day. I would recommend them to other home owners. We are very comfortable with them because they are reputable. The service workers that have come to the house have been very courteous and prompt. My children have been there and they were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. They have been prompt getting them out here.

We’re happy with everything. We have a had great experience. We have bene able to get everything back. We’ve had a lot of issues with the house and we are happy with 2-10. Just earlier this month, the washer was giving me a lot of error codes. It wasn’t progressing though the cycles. We put in a claim and they were able to get someone out the next day to diagnose it. It was fixed within the week. It was great. They do a good getting good people who know what they are doing.

Even though it does get more expensive every year, they are trustworthy. I appreciate that is has been positive working with them. I’ve liked everyone they have sent to the house. They’re always prompt. They come out about once a year to fix my heater promptly which is good because it is cold here. They fix my problem and don’t try to get me to buy a bunch of other stuff.

Everyone I’ve talked to at the company has been nice and happy and helpful. You name it and they would bend over backwards to make sure things are taken care of properly. Every issue is taken care of quickly. We had a problem with one of the service providers and they were right on it to take care of us and get us another provider. It covers what came with the house and other things like the washer and dryer.

I’ve never had better customer service is my life. They are outstanding. They are always ahead of schedule. I never have to wait. One of the plumbers we got wasn’t that great. We had a plumber we used for years that wasn’t a part of the network. We called 2-10 and they got them approved. It was a very easy process. I’ve had friends use other warranties and it is like pulling teeth to get something done. I highly recommend 2-10. They have the best process.

Each and every time I do not go online and I file a complaint I do it by phone call because I want to personally talk to the individual who takes my information, and each and every time I've done that those people go out of their way to help me accomplish my goal. The people we interacted with both at the booking appointments and then the people that come here and do the work. They were they were more interested in solving the customer's problem than just trying to complete the task job and get the heck out the door.

There are problems with their phone system, it's usually very, very hard to get someone on the phone there are times when you have to wait for quite a while. I found it much easier to go on to my computer and to put in the claim that way, other than that the service has been very good. It's a little hard to get a technician who has thorough knowlege, but for the most part they resolve the issue and I find the service would be more than satisfactory. They have been responsive to my needs.

We've used the warranty over the years several times and the company that they sent to us last time was here the day after we called and they corrected the problem, so hopefully we can use them again. It's hard to get in touch with anybody now. We've had good service at 2-10, some have not been too good, but we have over the years learned who is the better ones to use and we can ask for for those people. We just always appreciate them handling our problems and getting handled quickly.

They are accurate and a good turn around time. Recently I had to use it for my delta faucet shower that needed to be repaired and of course the the parts were on back order and it took about six months. Regardless of the back order they still took care of me and my showers were repaired and I got used products from delta faucet and it all worked out. They choose the best people to come out, very professional people that come out. I would definitely recommend them to new home buyers.

Excellent company, I had warranties in my house for the last five and a half years and this is been the best. Very positive. My washer and dryer both went out at the same time, I called them and within a few hours we had a contact that called us back to set up the appointment, and they came out and fixed it. The service of representative really good. They contact you back right away, they get the item that you requested to be look at within initially within 24 hours, they're trying to set up an appointment. The customer service that called me explained everything well.

They just changed the module to be more user friendly, but previously it was always down or something you have to call in to to make service request but the other thing about the service request is that towards the end of the period they'll tell you that you run out they can only do one system at time and they don't tell you that. I have supreme services and they'll say you've exceeded your dollar amount and you can't even put in the service request, that's ridiculous and and you've got to know the name or what it is you want once you tell did you call and tell me the name is and then those oh oh you're covered with that but why even bother to put it in online there in years and it's gonna be tonight then you got a call and explain it to me what's going on all units making all you need this you know I would be calling for a new what I needed if you know in terms of the problem.

It's easy to use. I haven’t had any issues at all. Every time I call, they answer my question. I’ve used it three times. Two times for the air and the last time for the dryer. With the air someone got back to me the same day and the person came the next day to fix it. The same thing with the dryer. The price is reasonable. They did what they were supposed to do. The online site it quick and easy to use.

I have no problem with 2-10 warranty but I had an issue with the subcontractor that they sent was not able to solve the problem and they charged me like 4 times higher than it should have been. I had a plumbing leaked and unfortunately the initial plumber that was contacted was 2-10 came by was unable to fix the issue the first time but it came back a second time and they charged me another hundred dollars even though they said they charge a hundred dollars for visit because it was a recurring issue and then they gave me a super high quote like over two thousand dollars to fix the issue which I ended up using a third party plumber to fixed the issue for like five hundred bucks. 2-10 did provide me with fund to be able to hire a third party plumber to fixed my issue. Customer support really got back with me and gave me service options.

Very helpful. They're all confident and skilled. Just the customer support is very helpful and friendly when you do get them and the portal works really well. We just started with 2-10 and we had our first call not too long ago and the electrician came out and in all honesty he was confident but not going the extra mile in terms of things he was detecting that was wrong. We followed up with 2-10 and they wanted to make a right that they are currently working to alleviate the situation.

The service people have been professional and functional and they always answer any questions that I had. I needed to have some repairs done and the service person filled out the paperwork that it could not be repaired and all I had to do was some documents and I was reimbursed or I was given a check to replace the item. When you call in to request service I was on hold for over an hour for someone.

I’ve had two issues, both resolved. My air conditioner went out and I paid the deductible and everything went smoothly with the repair. My most recent issue was with my stove. At first they couldn’t find the parts but then they did and they will fix the problem. Both times were good experiences. I would never get another home warranty with any other company.

I have had two repairs (built in microwave and stove top/oven combination). Both were covered. They paid me the full price of the microwave repair when a technician could not been found in my area. I was able to use the money to purchase and install a replacement microwave. The stove/oven has been repaired. It took some time because of the delay nationally with getting parts. I would give 2-10 5 Stars except sometimes it has been difficult to reach them by phone. Everyone who I have worked with at 2-10 has been understanding of my issues and very helpful in resolving them. Excellent company, but needs better phone service.

It took longer than it should have because the first company that came out didn't care enough to fix the problem. Maybe not all of the contractors are fully vetted. The first company that came out for my issue was not good. It's really easy to file claims and the couple times I've had to call because the contractors can't finish that they when I called back I got it taken care of. Air conditioner wasn't working properly the first company came out didn't really fix that so I contacted the warranty company again and told him that I needed a different vendor to come out because I didn't trust the first people that didn't fix it and second people came out and found the problem pretty quick and then got repaired.

We had a problem with our refrigerator and I guess it needed a part. They haven't been able to find the part and we've been waiting over a month and a half for that refrigerator, but now two to ten is replacing the refrigerator so it ended up fine, but it's been a long time waiting for it. Sometimes they're hard to get a hold of. They seem to take care of you, it might take awhile but ite seems like the customer is taken care of.

My vacuum stopped working they sent out a contractor to see if it needed to be replaced because it was thirty seventy years old and that lead to additional repairs because it was so old but it took awhile, but the two ten home was great. What they offer is very useful and user friendly and it's what people need. They always try to resolve situations and get back to you and update you on what's going on.

Two Ten home warranty has really satisfied me with their responses and customer service. Sometimes I have to wait for some time when the place is very busy when they have a lot of calls waiting, but once they pick up my call very polite, very responsive. Some of the contractors are below expectation, but I will not take them down against two ten home warranty.The process, the response from two ten Home warranty was quick. From the replacement was quick also. I've been satisfied.

I've had minimal dealings with 2-10 but I have been highly satisfied. They mailed the check to an address that I was not accepting mail at yet. It was a new home that I hadn't lived in yet and wasn't going to live in for a couple months. The check was returned to the company and they sent me an email and followed through trying to find a place where they could send the money so I was impressed with that. We had to change out all the locks on a home and my daughter bought the locks and 2-10 sent me a reimbursement check.

Overall they seem to be very responsive and to get service people out here right away to work on issues. I have had two service calls, positive one was when the garbage disposal quit working so I put in the put a request online. First contractor contacted me then had a scheduling conflict and backed out so they got me to a second contractor and that one was in my house to replace the garbage disposal within like two days. And the second time, I had an issue with my dishwasher. I put the ticket in, the service contractor came out, ordered the parts and so it took about two to three weeks. Got the parts in, when they just left without really finishing the job, I mean, the dishwasher won't work at all. When I elevated and I never heard back but I did resubmitt the ticket and they sent same contractor to come and at least get the door to shut but it's still the initial issue with the dishwasher is still isn't resolved and it's been I don't know five weeks or six weeks. Still waiting to hear back from from the company because they also did some damage to my counter top as well to the contract so I really want to get another contractor to fix it up.

You get more than your money's worth for the purchase price but the renewal price is almost double. I think they are the best company. I have had a couple of others. When the dishwasher went out, the service people came out. I ordered a part and it was fixed in a timely manner. I wish we could get more local vendors but the vendors they have used have been very dependable. I had someone come out on Easter Sunday. They didn't have to cover it but they graciously sent me a check for half the work.

I haven't had any problems with my warranty, I just wish they covered service. I needed to use it recently for a water heater that was putting out water and the the technician called me immediately, which I love, and he came out the next day and fixed the problem really quickly. I've used in the past for an air conditioning company that I actually use outside of my warranty now because I like the air conditioning company so much. I've had good experiences. I've used it three times I also had a refrigerator repair and I really did like the guy that came out to repair the refrigerator too. I had good experiences with customer support. I haven't had any bad experiences when I needed to talk to someone.

Whenever I need to speak with someone I'm able to reach them and I haven't had an issue that wasn' resolved very quickly. I'm actually waiting for appliance company to come right now I filed a claim I think it was on Friday and the company called me yesterday to set up an appointment. It's for my refrigerator it's leaking and this is the second time I had a call but whenever I call is always like a maybe a couple days and I have an appointment for someone to come out.

If you have to call the office directly it becomes pretty confusing. They need a customer service answering system where you have one or two people that you talk to they could route your calls. The last time we used it was for refrigerator repair and we pulled up the website, we put in the problem and we got a name of a repairman pretty quickly. The repairman they gave us couldn't make it for a while so they gave us another one and that worked out well enough. So the system works as long as you're online. It's just when there is an exception, if there's a problem where you have to actually call then it becomes a little more difficult. The charge is not bad, 100 dollars or whatever the premiums in sales are okay, they could be a little lower but they're not bad.

They've been responsive, they try to do what they can. I think there have been a couple of things out of their control they weren't able to respond to as far as getting people there as quick as they can, but that was only one time, so for the most part it's been very responsive and friendly. I think that that's pretty much it, there is an insurance for your for your house equipment and they've pretty much done that for the deal that they made. The people that they sent out have been good vendors. The air conditioner broke and I filed the warranty online, I had a call from the vendor within a day and they schedule a time to come out. One time was within a day and the next time it was a little bit longer but that was because of the season.

I have had great experiences for all service calls. They've been on top of things and there's never been an issue so I'm pretty happy. I've always had pretty quick responses and the service was great each time I called. My plumbing went out a couple times, the sump pump went out and one of the valves in our shower was tripping, so when I went online to set up the appointment. The plumbers came out pretty quickly and fixed the problem right away.

Their website is a little tricky at times but other than that they're really good. They save you money in the long run. We had to use it for an upstairs air conditioning unit that was leaking and another company had messed up the drain plug. So 2-10 with this contractor replaced the air handler and all I had to do was pay my deductible instead of paying what would have been 995 dollars on labor. They follow through with the work orders.

They're generally pretty helpful but it's really hard to get through to them and sometimes it takes being transferred around to multiple agents before you get to someone who can actually help you. Our oven display stoped functioning and the oven wasn't come on and so I did a warranty call. They came out and it's a pretty new oven but they said that the tech said that he wasn't sure they were able to find a part for it because there was a part shortage and that they might have to replace the entire thing and he didn't think the warranty would cover it. However 2-10 was able to track down a part and get it completely repaired. For the most part we've had some pretty good techs, 2-10 is always very responsive. They've dispatched people fairly quickly but some of the vendors that they work with are great some of them are really terrible so you never really know what you're going to get when somebody comes out.

The service we've gotten has been perfect. We have used other warranty services previous with other homes we've owned and we have not has this level of service. They work with you and are really good. The claims have been handled properly. The cost is comparable to everyone else. We have been exceedingly impressed. When we used it for the refrigerator, they answered the call within about sixty seconds and within 24 hours I had someone calling with an appointment to fix it.

I just feel like they're a good company to deal with. In fact I haven't even purchased a warranty for one of my family members. When I've called in for service to activate something on my file for response they were very prompt to take my call and answer my questions and walk me through the process. I had to message this service rep and she was very very interactive with all of my questions and also really great assistance. Some other people that have the warranty let me know that this company is very good to work with clients and processes so I felt very confident with what we chose.

We've been with 2-10 warranty for seventeen years since we built our home and it has always been worth renewing the warranty. It's a cost that we factor into our cost of living and it's definitely been worth while. We had a refrigerator break down and they got a very good contractor to perform the work the work was scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. It was performed excellently, it solved our problem, and we're very grateful. It was a great experience. The service is very high quality. Contractors performed excellent work to address the problem. Great value. Great customer service.

I really appreciate how quickly a Plumber was dispatched to address a service call. My toilet had a leak and it did not feel secure enough to sit on. I called 2-10 Home warranty and they sent a repair professional out with 48 hours. My toilet was fixed the same day. The plumber was very knowledgeable about the repair and he fixed it quickly and efficiently. My family and I are beyond pleased. Thanks so very much for your assistance 2-10 Home Warranty. I've never had any issues, they've always been on top of it and gotten to me right away, and everything's been fixed. I actually just used my warranty because my AC went out and the company came out the next day, they had to order some parts, but they ended up having them on hand and they were able to come by that afternoon to fix it, so it went really well.

Everyone has been very nice and accommodating and patient when I've called. My air conditioning unit was broken and the first guy that came actually kind of messed up accidentally and I'm not quite sure what happened. But time two was really great--they waived the fees for this and got everything fixed. It took a little bit of time to figure out what was wrong, and they did a great job, I was really pleased it didn't cost me anything extra, so I was very satisfied. I have been satisfied with the customer service.

So far, I've been quite pleased. I was actually in the process of selling my house and when they did the home inspection and the heat system wouldn't come on so I called in a warranty claim and they had to replace my thermostat because a switch was kind of not working on it and the control board in the heat system and everything was good again after they fixed it.

I recently used it for my water softener that needed to be replaced and I was given the option have having it done through 2-10 or receiving a pay out and having someone else install it. They have resolved my issues but sometimes it takes a long time. If they can’t repair it, replacing it can take a long time. They do take care of things for the customer. The only thing that I don't like when I've called them, I've had to wait a long time. They are a really good company for reliability and fairness and I would recommend them.

Everybody at 2-10 is responsive and helps, but I think sometimes it gets confusing with vendors and takes a while to get a part. We just used the warranty in January. We had our refrigerator stop refrigerating--basically it would not keep cold--and we put in an online request, which was great. Within 24 hours we got an email saying our request was received and that we would have somebody come out and take care of it. Unfortunately, it took a week for this to happen, and the guy who came out said that he wasn't qualified to service our refrigerator, so he sent it back to 2-10 and then it took another week for a second and then a third vendor to be assigned to our ticket. By the time the third vendor came out, he said that whatever the first vendor had said was incorrect, and he just changed out the cooling element. So, it took about three and a half to four weeks for our fridge to get fixed so that was an issue that we had.
