It is the absolute worst home warranty I have ever had and I had 2 other companies. It is impossible to speak with someone. I have been on hold for 1 and half hours and the portal doesn't work. 2-10 is terribly slow in ordering parts or resolving issues. My ac has been out for 6 weeks and I am still waiting for 2-10 to handle ot. They have ordered the wrong part twice. I would never use them again.
