I would leave zero stars if that was an option. One of their people went to my mother's house today. She's 71 and they tried to take advantage of her. They told her the heat exchanger is cracked and that she needed a furnace. He showed her a photo of a cracked heat exchanger, but it wasn't her heat exchanger. I know this, because another company came out to inspect the furnace. He measured the CO level in the flu. It was 5.2 ppm. There is also zero ppm CO in the house. A cracked heat exchanger would pump a minimum of 100ppm into the house and a huge quantity up the flu. A second furnace company cleaned a very dirty sensor and the furnace is running. This company was either incompetent or intentionally dishonest.
