We are sorry to hear that you do not want to continue protecting your home as you have in the past. All renewals are automatic as to delay any coverage needs. If you wish to cancel this you simply call in to AFC and a full refund will be issued. We also call you several times prior to renewal to touch base on new products. I see you were contact 3 times with Voicemail on phone number ending in 9952
5.16.19 called ho about renewal no answer left voicemail

6.10.19 called about renewal no answer sent voicemail

This is per your guidelines.

(D) All Membership Terms are renewed automatically 30 days prior to Agreement expiration date unless cancelled within that period by Administrator or Member. Payment information provided initially will be used for all Renewals unless Member provides new information prior to payment date

Please be aware per guidelines all technicians who do work on your home must be licensed. AFC cannot pay for repairs done by an uncertified technician or be held liable for those repairs. Please review your coverage a manager will be contacting you shortly, thank you.

If CRAST approves the Member to obtain their own Licensed Technician please be aware,
• CRAST will not reimburse any Member for work done by an Unlicensed Technician.
• CRAST will not be held responsible for any Failure to the Home on a System or Appliance that was Repaired or Replaced by an Unlicensed Technician.
• You (the Member) waive all rights to Service on the Appliance or System that was
repaired or replaced by an Unlicensed Technician.

Please be aware there is a 30 day waiting period so that customers who already have failures cannot call in for coverage, this would be fraud. I apologize this happened 2 days after moving in but AFC cannot be held liable for coverage on a unit that is already failing.

All emails come from one source so all you would need to do is select unsubscribe and they will cease all emails. There are no age limits on covered items, we will repair or replace with a unit of the same value the current unit in the home has.
