Customer Service took forever to reach. Spent 3 days trying to reach them. Finally when reached Jasmine from Customer Service took care of the issue immediately. Customer Service needs to do better in responding to email inquiries as well as returning calls.

The boxes are not strong enough!! My tp was in bags from the delivery company(I don't know which one as I was not home) on my front porch with what was left of one box and rolls were falling out of the crack of the other. I did not have time to count all the rolls so I don't know if I even got all 192.

I placed an order two months ago, and my experience has been frustrating and time-consuming. The initial order was only partially sent with no information or correspondence provided as to whether the rest of the order would be coming or would be refunded. After multiple phone calls and emails spanning weeks, I finally received a resolution stating that they were refunding the remaining portion of the order and associated shipping costs (the latter at my request). Despite still needing the item, my request for a substitute product went unanswered. Repeated emails and a final phone call to customer service, where I was promised a call back the same day, yielded no results. This was over a week ago. Their guiding principle is "Everyone is Our Customer!" I write this so that "Everyone is Not Their Customer." Please save yourself valuable time and purchase from companies that appreciate your business.

The reason I gave a 4 star was because of the product, Wypall L-20, KCC34607 not meeting up to its reputation. CleanItSupply, I know has nothing to do with the manufacturing of this product but they can give feedback to the manufacturer. It states it has 3 or 4-ply which is not what this product used to have. It has always been a 4-ply grab-it paper. I think it's egregious to change a product without letting those who depend on it know, and/or change the price to reflect the lesser amount of resources to manufacture it. I depended on the 4-ply to meet my needs. As far as CleanItSupply, they supplied the product I purchased quickly and efficiently without any hitches. It also arrived on time within a few days of ordering. Nothing but good to say about CleanItSupply.

I always find the ordering process very easy and always get the items I ordered, sometimes the packing and boxes are roughed up from the delivery service. On one order a bottle of cleaner with a spray pump was broken and cleaning product leaked through the entire order. But with one phone call to Clean it Supply, they made good for the damage and replaced the cleaner. Ordering toilet paper is always a gamble, almost every time the box is broken in half and split with rolls of toilet paper missing dirty or torn open. Again, it is the lack luster attitude of the delivery service. Otherwise, I am very happy with the fast service and quality of items.

Everything was good on delivery but after recieving the items I found my file cabinet does not accept Legal size file hangers and I don't need the frame to hang them on because my file cabinet has slots built in to the drawers on the sides and the hander frame doesn't fit in the drawer.

I had a really hard time finding an 18 inch palmyra broom. It is the only broom that works clearing snow on our brick walk way. Snow shovels get caught on the bricks. Poly bristles get clogged with snow. Thanks for the scope of products you offer.

No Customer service to talk to. Called the phone number and got a recording to use the chat online, went to the chat online and was told no one was available to call customer service. I bought the wrong size toilet paper for the two dispencers I purchased. I was rather upset that I wasn't informed that these dispensers had to have a certain size toilet paper. I went to UPS to return the dispencers. It was going to cost me $40.00. It was $19.00 ×2=$38.00 . It was $2.00 for printed return address labels. I told the employees to open each box, and empty the contents into the trash that was in each box. They did what I requested. I walked out of the UPS business, then I went home. The toilet paper is great.

I left this on the CS email but never received a response. Sun, Jun 11, 7:28 AM (8 days ago) to Customer I used the BWK10 promo code but when I completed the purchase, it was no longer present. What happened? The shipping company (UPS) left it on our front door area but failed to keep it covered on the day that we were closed. It rained that day and consequently the boxes were wet. Fortunately, the paper towels were still usable after letting the boxes dry.

If there is zero star, i would do that. This is ridiculous company. I accidentally placed an order with wrong shipping address, and right away sent email to them to request changes or fix. They didn't reply to me, and i urgently called them the next day early morning hour, they refused to change or cancel the order even though the order is not yet shipped out. I would reorder to the right shipping address, only if they cancel from their side. Now they are determined to ship to the wrong address, and of course i have nothing to do with the person who are living at that wrong address. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN
