Repeated cancelled appointments. Also I got ticked from the local police department for false alarms. It did not function correctly until after a few tech appointments and now everything is running smoothly. They should have more trustworthy technicians.

We were hoping that the system would have some different features. It sometimes is glitchy. We were hoping for continuous recording.
