Mansfield ohio branch installer my rather large residential system i have multiple buildings far enough apart that the standard residential system wouldnt cut it. Sales person did a good job explaining the system. Day of install, 2 techs for 8hr ea plus service manager running them some odds and ends and giving direction. So yeh, i got a big system! Doesnt include video either. Clean install, working well and easy to use app. $1600 install cost, $44 per month. Might have done better on the $ but not on the system. I knew this going in and im very comfy with what i have. Lifetime warranty. Canceling Brinks and pulling their pos system out has been a pain.

We’ve had vector security for 4 years and have had a few hiccups but nothing major. When we moved out there was a mix up with the contract and final bill. After a couple phone calls everything was cleared up and craig made it right. We will be giving vector a call when our new house is finished to have them come back out and look at installing a system there as well.

Never had a problem contacting them about my system, for upgrades, removal of and servicing system. Technicians are prompt, courtesy. Contract was initiated for 2 years but after that it's been month to month.
