The service that I received for the last 3 years was good, but their customer service is horrible. They make it almost impossible to cancel their service. They send you a cancelation email that looks like a first grader made it. Then you have to wait a week or so to see if they even received it. The customer service people are rude and very disrespectful.

$100 down $49.99 a month. Repair of equipment is free. Outside light camera extra. Prompt response on service locally. Long contracts.
