Monitoring is good, until you have a problem! Customer service and getting a service tech to fix a problem is terrible. We had the same experience twice with repeated service appointments cancelled, rescheduled or no one shows up 4-5 times. No matter how long your system is out of service, they would only give one month credit.

Not impressed with the price, install schedule, constant technical issues with slow response time to address said issues.
