Easy to deal with but I keep having connection issues with some of my sensors. I have had them reset, even replaced. Still in ongoing issue. It seems to be one or two sensors that are furthest from the panel, yet there is a ton of Wi-Fi throughout the house so that should not be a problem. Cove has no answers for me. Very disappointed! They also do not have a doorbell chime that is part of their system, like several other companies do. They also used to be able to sync up with the Google hub and now they no longer do so I was misinformed about that. Overall, very disappointed

Bought the system in early July. At the end of August it started making an intermittent beeping every 15 minutes which the customer service reps told me they'd never experienced before. They were kind enough to send a new system free of charge. The new system began to do the same thing, and to make matters worse I couldn't even set it up because 7 of my 11 door/window sensors failed to register. Waste of money, useless knowledge base. Go with a real security system. Cove, fix your crap.

They set me a faulty panel unit that didn't work then they expect me to wait over the holiday weekend until next Friday to get a replacement they should at least overnight it to me customer service is turning out to be not so good. Way to treat a new customer

I dislike the way I can not view live feed in my app from the cameras. Its always "connecting". And does cove monitor the cameras?
