Used this company when they were called Apex Alarm. Then switched to Vivint. I liked the touch pad control panel. Monthly fee kept going up and it got too expensive for the service we were getting.

We got Vivint security after our friends recommend it and I love it. I feel a lot more safe especially with my kids. And it’s easy for me to learn and deal with so I know what’s going on. 100% recommend getting this.
