I couldn't be happier with the service I received today. Upgraded my security system and the technician was named Shaun N. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and walked me through on how to navigate the new system. I highly recommend HTC and especially Shaun who takes extreme pride in his job. Thank you again.

We have had our fire alarm go off and our secuity alarm. HTC had police here. We also had fire department here immediately. People need to write ratings to back up HTC
