My service technician, Garry, was fantastic. He installed it initially and was very pleasant and timely. He felt like protecting my home was as important as protecting his own home. They are responsive to your calls and your concerns and willing to send a representative out. We had ADT and we were extremely unhappy with it. I know with Guardian someone will actually call me if my alarm goes off, with ADT we just got a text.

The guy that sold it to me, I don’t remember his name, but I liked him. He was informative. I have gotten positive feedback from everyone. The panel is nice and easy to use, it’s not cumbersome at all. Every time I open the door, no matter the door, I know. I feel comfortable being in the house.

The technology seems to be very cutting edge, it is for my mother in law’s house, and it is pretty intuitive and easy for her to use. It’s effective. The sales and installation experiences were both smooth and seamless. The salesperson was able to help us when we changed our service tier and our installer was very courteous and knowledgeable. The Alarm.com app is simple and easy to use. Not sure what improvements I would ask for at this point.

Happy with the equipment, it's user friendly, up to date, and I have no problems with it. I know my family is safe. I like being able to access the view to my home even when I am not at home. The installer was amazing and the system has worked amazing ever since.

Based on my personal experience with home security, they are right up there. I can’t imagine anything else being installed. I like that the panel is interactive and not intimidating as I have experienced with other companies. I would absolutely recommend guardian protection to a friend.

My initial installer was incredibly awesome. He did an excellent job and was patient and knowledgeable. That was huge for me. Everyone I’ve spoken with has gone out of their way to work with me. There was a smell misunderstanding on their part and the error was fixed incredibly quickly, with no cost to myself. I have seen cameras with slightly better quality but the response time is the best.

I like how it works. I feel secure. It doesn’t make a lot of noise when you open the door but it does let you know the door is open. I had a couple of problems, and I contacted them and a young man came out and fixed the problem.

I had Guardian in another home and had a good experience so I went with them again. I’ve never had any challenges connecting with someone when I need help. They’ve been pretty quick to respond. The equipment is good. They mainly focus on the doors and not the windows. I like the ability to control everything from my phone.

Too soon to tell. From a "problem" perspective, they set up the bluetooth receive in the wrong spot (this is a new build). They said it would go in the kitchen and it went somewhere else that's a pretty useless spot since bluetooth is so weak. Also, no one really explains anything. You pretty much have to figure everything out yourself. On positive note, the second person that came here, Anthony, did an amazing job of helping to set things up correctly.

It's an improvement over systems I've previously owned. If you use the phone app, there's a lot of improvement since I first started using it. The pictures on the screen are pleasant to look at. The sound of the voice that you listen to when you lock and unlock using your phone.

They have the security box and I got access to my phone but I can also get cameras installed with it. When I was asking about the cameras, I didn't want to get the direct camera because it costs a lot so the guy who installed the system told me I could get arlo cameras. When I called about the cameras, they didn't know what I was talking about so it was kind of a runaround.

I can see exactly what windows are open. I am concerned if I set it at night then open a window, the alarm will go off. We saw them at home show and we were trying to change what we had and they offered a lot to what we had for a very little increase in the price.

They are not over sensitive but they do give me an alert every time there is an activity. It allows me to keep an eye on my home when I am not there.

I like that you're able to see and operate everything off of your mobile devices. I would say that there needs to be more adequate training when installing a thermosstat that they might need a little bit of training. When we were installing the thermostat, it was switched from the heating and cooling so after the tech left, the heater was on when it was supposed to be the air conditioning so we had to call each company back both times to fix that.

I feel safe with it. It takes pictures of sombeody on the camera and I love that. It lets you know when the door is open or closed. They keep in contact to make sure that everything is okay. If I leave the door open or whatever, they check to make sure that it's legit and that nobody is breaking in or anything.

I chose guardian because of the technology and the price was right. It is easy to operate. They were a bit misleading. They said they would be able to take over the existing panels I had in the house but that wasn't the case so they I would have to get new equipment. Their panels need to open the software so they can integrate more diverse equipment.

The guy that came and set it up was phenomenal and I haven't had any issues with it since. It works efficently and does everything it needs to. It's nice having everything in one place so I can do the security because I have everything--the door lock, the garage doors security cameras, the thermostat. So it's nice.

It tells me everything like when the front doors open and close it tells me on my phone. I can set the alarm or arm/disarm the alarm from any location just on my phone. Just great customer service. I had a problem with the guy that initially set it up, he did something a bit screwed up, but they came out the next day,.
