The only one negative thing is I was quoted for one price and then for some reason it was more. The best thing is my family is safe and secure. Their equipment is a little more high tech. Most other companies don’t have a digital display.Whenever I have to call them, they answer the phone right away.

We had a problem with one of our cameras and I reached out to them since it had only been two weeks since installation. After reaching out to them, they had a technician come out the very next day. I love having the peace of mind knowing my home is protected whether or not we're home. I find their monthly fee rather high and after I signed up I learned that there are competitors that offer free installation and a lower monthly fee, so I wasn't very happy about that.

Every time my alarm goes off on accident, the people are very nice and ask me for the password. Unfortunately, I never set it up and I don't know how to get it set up. They installed everything and I already have a low battery on some of the door sensors and I have no idea how to contact them about that. Their system is really easy.

Every time the alarm goes off, they call on me to make sure I am okay. If I was really in trouble, they would send the cops. They stay in touch with me, which is the best thing. I’ve had machines stop for over a year and nobody check with me with other companies.

The installer did a very, very good job. It works much better than other products that we’ve seen. I like that we can log in with the app. It has been really nice. Also anytime I’ve had a question, they installer and the girl in the office are there and available for any kind of question or they do a good job of returning phone calls.

It's a good service. My alarm system has gone off twice, it was my fault, and in a split second Guardian called me to make sure everything was alright. They weren’t slack on their job. It seems to be real secure and simple to use. We like that it is not a hassle to use. It is really easy to use.

It is a security company that actually works. I have monitors where I need to have them. I have the doorbell and lock and where I can see who is at the door. I like that I can access my alarm system through the app and that is connects to various other things like the AC and heating units.

The app is pretty good. It interfaces a lot of different things suck as the door opener and stuff like that. The panels seem pretty nice. The cameras are just kind of mediocre but everything else looks pretty good. They are easy to get a hold and they seem like they resolve any issue quickly.

We had a few questions when we started since it was new to us and we are older people and they were very helpful. I feel safe. If there is an issue, we can get the police or an ambulance here immediately and that is a good feeling. They are doing a fine job the way they are. They installed the equipment in my house in one evening. It worked out great. The best thing about Guardian Protection is the reliability. They are good. I like the price and the convenience. They called me several times to make sure I was getting everything I needed. Everything is touch screen which is kind of cool.

They do the security at my office and I have been satisfied with them for twenty year so when I needed something for my home, I decided to go with them because I was familiar with them. It gives me peace of mind. There have been a couple of instances where the response was slow and I had to replace my smoke detector four times but that was not guardian’s fault, it was the poor design of the smoke detectors, which are the only ones compatible with the system.

Everything functions properly. Customer service has gone above and beyond. One of the alerts was malfunctioning and it was fixed immediately. I wish I called sooner, but nobody likes calling support. They were really nice about it. I had ADT in the last house but based on how good Guardian is I wish I had Guardian.

My service technician, Garry, was fantastic. He installed it initially and was very pleasant and timely. He felt like protecting my home was as important as protecting his own home. They are responsive to your calls and your concerns and willing to send a representative out. We had ADT and we were extremely unhappy with it. I know with Guardian someone will actually call me if my alarm goes off, with ADT we just got a text.
