We were happy with another company. Two young men came to my door, saying that the Police had required that everyone change to a "new" type of Security System. They REALLY pushed this, and finally convinced us to "change" to this upgraded system, and if we weren't satisfied, we could cancel it. "Strangely, there was a person out front in their vehicle, who immediately was installing the Guardian Alarm. I didn't like the "pushiness" - and the following day, I called to cancel it. We were told that it was impossible, as the Contract stated it was a number of years - (Five, I think). The little "Computer type Screen" that I'd signed, had NOTHING about that showing. That was SO VERY UNETHICAL, and we were VERY DECEIVED and ANGRY that we had fallen for their lies, and that they were so pushy. This was fairly late in the evening, we were very tired. This was certainly a "Set-Up" HOWEVER, aside from the "Arm Twisting" - we have been pleased with Guardian. Any time there has been the smallest issue, they have taken care of it right away. The "Staff" in the "Call Center" have always been very polite and helpful. Also, a few times, it has gone off in error -(example bringing in groceries with our arms filled, and not turning off the alarm quick enough). Someone calls immediately. We give our password, and all is okay. If we have a question, your Reps are very knowledgeable. NO PROBLEM THERE!

It is dependable. When something interferes with the system it is accurate. If I have any problems all I have to do is call and they walk me through what needs to be done. I think they should tell people in advance they have to replace the batteries because I had an incident were they were going off and I didn't know what was going on. Other that one thing it is great though a little expensive.

I like the app, it is pretty useful and I use it all the time. I got it because I wanted to go wireless. It is pretty reliable and I haven't had any issues except during installation the guy left a couple wires loose but they came out to fix it. I am usually able to talk to customer support and they usually resolve me questions. I think they should enhance the backup battery's life to more than a few hours.

I did a lot of research on different alarm companies and they offered the best services and the quality of their product is superior. They are all very expensive but you get what you pay for. I have always has immediate response times. It is really user friendly and I know that my family is safe and secure. Any time I have called up for something, they've always answered the phone immediatle and I didn't have to wait on hold for any length of time. I am planning on moving soon and I most certainly will be using guardian for that home as well.

They were a better service than the one I originally had. When they thought someone broke into our house, they were on the phone with me immediately. When I call in and ask questions, they are always very helpful. The only thing is when the battery goes out or something, I have to change it myself and I am a disabled senior citizen so I have to call and have somebody come out and it costs me twenty five dollars. I wish they were a little more helpful with the battery changes.

They are very reliable and their equipment is up to date. It is very high tech and top of the line. I can activate it and deactivate through my cellphone from anywhere in the country and I get a notification right away if there is any entry or mishaps with the house. Their customer support is always available. Every time I've called, they usually get on the line within two minutes.

The sales rep that came to the house was very knowledgeable and had what we wanted. They have always been courteous and very timely with responding. So far the equipment has never failed and it is very quick. They are always monitoring and very quick to let me know if something is going on. I think they should come check every couple of years to make sure the equipment is working or if you want an upgrade but other than that they are very good company and very trustworthy.

I think it is a great company. I was with another company before and I wasn't very pleased and so I started shopping around and within a couple of days I had somebody come to my house and they gave me a really good deal. I got a lot more than my old system, I got covered for smoke detectors and cameras and it is all digital. The service is good. I have had to call customer service a few times with some questions and they have been very prompt. I have set the alarm off a few times and I got a phone call within a couple of seconds.

My system was a little but antiquated, so I upgraded when the person was selling to my door. I have coverage over the whole house and the best part is the convenience of having it set up this way with portable panels. There have been some incidents of false alarms but ninety five percent of the time it works as it should. Their customer service responds quickly to my various requests.

It seemed like it was the best deal, best price that was going on at the time. The people who do the install are very knowledgable and courteous. They ask if I have any feedback or questions and they're willing to explain it to me right there on the spot. Same with customer service - if I have any issues or problems or need to reset a password, they are there. Guardian Protection is very customer service oriented. They call me when the alarm goes off or I leave the back door open - they have a quick response.

I was with guardian for about 10 years and then I went to another company because I thought they had a better offer and within the next week I was back with Guardian. When we accidentally set off our lower my motion detectors, they were on it and called right away about and they're about to send the police so we feel secure. We haven't had any problems with their equipment and they have excellent customer service.

Every time I've called for service, they've been right on time. They've been pleasant to deal with. They gave me accurate information when the services got done and it was done on time. The equipment is reliable. I haven't had much of a problem. I can access the system when I go on vacation through my home and I can have somebody come and check and everything. I got much more for my money. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences with them.

When I call, they resolve my problem without me having to call a second time. We do not have the newer system and we did have problems with the sensors but after a while, they were able to fix the problem. My overall experience with them has been wonderful. There have been minor problems here and there but it wasn't anything that they couldn't deal with.

The service has been outstanding and anytime we accidentally have an alarm go off, they call us immediately. Their equipment is modern, works extremely well, and it does and excellent job. They are extremely accommodating when you have problems they work with you. If you want to have additional services they are happy to work with you on it. They've done an outstanding job. They're always there when you need them. They were very friendly. Their equipment is great. It works really well and I don't have any prbolems with it. If I have a little tiny problem, I can call them and have someone come out or they can walk me through it but I rarely have problems. They're a good company. They take care of me if I have any problem and their rates are reasonable and so that's why I used them.

I really liked my sales rep the person who sold us the system was very very attentive to our needs and made sure we just felt comfortable and that we got the best deal for the money that was spent. I think they could update their technology side of things like the key fob and the digital lock for my front door is a little bit outdated. I like my wireless audio in my home.

They're highly dependable. Their cost is actually competitive it's actually the best cost value that I have come across as far as the home security. They're about 20 percent less expensive than most and for the equipment that they use their incomparable to anybody else. This is the second time that I have used them and I used them for two different homes at two different times of my life.

We picked Guardian Protection as our home security system over 20 years ago. Guardian has a good reputation and continues to keep that up. Customer support always responds whenever we have an alarm. They always call to check on us. We had our equipment upgraded a few years back, and the digital equipment works fine. We think their rates are a bit high, but we stay with them.

Guardian Protection is partners with my builder, and they called me even when my alarm went off accidentally to make sure I was okay. Sometimes the equipment doesn't work because I have to reboot my cameras. I'm very happy with the equipment and the person who came to install everything at my house was very professional and explained everything really well. When they came to put in our new system, there were some devices not working correctly so they had to come back another day. They did a terrible job putting on the wires so when I called to complain, one of the managers came out and he finished the job. The guy truly solved our problem and he was phenomenal at it. It's really user friendly. The customer service is really good. What makes them different from other installers is how the manager went out of their way for their customers. Most companies don't have that kind of personal touch.

We've had it for a year when we moved to a different home. We were always pleased with what they offered so we decided to get it again. My experience with them has been very pleasant. Every time we accidentally tripped the alarm they have been very quick to come out here and help us out. The only thing is that the unit that we got here is an old wired unit and it doesn't really have the features that I had in my previous home. It's not very expensive and they do a great job though. They seem to be very trustworthy.

It was offered to me during the home buying process and I think it was a good selection. About 3 days or so after the installation I actually forgot I had an alarm system. It went off and they called and helped me over the phone. They were very responsive. I like being able to see who comes to my front door and have that be recorded. I also get cellphone notifications whenever something is going on, like if the door opens or the alarm goes off.

I moved into a new neighborhood where they were already establishing this system, so it came with my home when I bought it. When I call I'm never put on hold for too long and they answer my questions. They are also very good with the security questions that they ask me. The equipment is easy to use. The online app is very good and very detailed too. It gives you the opportunity to maneuver through their system and set the alarm using it.

I have always been able to get directly through to their Customer Service and the representatives were all very helpful and assissted me with any problems I may have been experiencing at the time either by talking through the problem and getting it remedy and if that did not work they scheduled for a Tech to come to my home. I have not had one false alarm go off or an unresolved problem with the system.

We built a house through Ryan Builders, and Guardian Protection were the folks that were connected with them, so it's kind of a package thing. We just got it installed probably about 2 weeks ago. They came out there on time, got there when they said they were going to get there, did what they needed to do, and then they explained the whole operation of the security system to us. So far we haven't had any problems with it.

Guardian was one of the options provided to me when I made the selection for my house with the builder. I would say the equipment is up to date. It's not a lot of equipment, so you don't have to worry about a lot of stuff... it's easy, convenient, and understandable. Anytime I need something, they're always willing to return my call if I needed it. They were helpful when I didn't understand something, they always answer the phone when I call. They just have good customer service overall.

They basically have the best price and the service is pretty good. I was thinking about switching to Vivint, but Guardian had a good sales rep. She was real kind, and helped me to not only beat Vivian's prices but actually added a garage opener that wasn't even part of my request. The automatic door opener is kind of iffy but everything else is pretty good.

Anytime you have any questions or concerns when you call them, they have the best customer service. I had other companies for securities in my house and other previous houses that I was living in, and I had issues with their customer service. Those at Guardian are more professional when solving issues. The previous owner had it in my house, so the system was already installed there. It's simple and easy to use, so I kept it.

For what they offer, they have one of the best packages. It's easy to use, and it's a great company. As far as the services, the customer service is good, but for the installation, they're very hard to deal with. The technicians never called. They never said that they installed my alarm, and I had to set up two different occasions to get my alarm installed.

They came out to assess my situation. They had a good price along with their equipment, and that's what I needed. It's very easy to use, and I think they are comparable with other agencies out there in terms of value. Every time I call I have a short wait. My sales person answers me directly. I've only called customer service once so far, and they were very helpful.

When we moved here, I had a sign here already, so we called around, we checked, and it seemed that they provide good service. They work with me to answer all my questions and they are prompt. The equipment is very good. I think it is very convenient that you can access it from your smart phone. I think I would recommended it to anybody looking for a security or alarm system.

We used them in our previous home as well, and we like them, so we continued their services in our new home. We have an older home where it's harder to fix the monitoring system, and they have several different options of monitoring systems that they can attach to match the uniqueness of older fixtures and moldings. They are very prompt with their response time, and the technicians that come out are very knowledgeable.

The previous owners used Guardian so the system was all set up. The equipment seems to be good. I've had limited experience, because we just put it in, and it's to guard a residence that we're not going to be at, but I have not had any problems. It's doing everything it's supposed to do. I love the website, and I love that you can access the system from your phone. Customer support is very responsive. They answered all the questions that I had. They've been very helpful, and everything's gone very well so far.

We will recommend them. What made the difference for us was the location of their headquarters relative to where our new house is, for service. They did a good job, and we had a good experience in both installation and sales. The salesman came to the house, we discussed everything, reviewed all the locations, and then when the serviceman came, we did a very clean install. I can do a lot with my cell phone and my tablets, to view and watch the house, so they are very high tech.

I already had Guardian in my vacation home so that's why I went with them again. I think they were very good with the installation and the follow up, the billing... I've never had any complaints about anyone. In my house they had to convert an existing system and that meant not having next Gen equipment, which is too bad, because I like the new equipment a lot; that wireless touchscreen equipment is just fantastic. The guys who came up to install it were fantastic. Really hard workers, excellent at their job, and professional. I recommend them all the time.

They had a better offering, and I heard that they have pretty good service where I live. The service was great. For any issues or any alarm, they call me immediately and offer support, so I've had a pretty good experience with them. The equipment is compatible with any mobile device, and you can manage it remotely, anywhere. I especially like the video doorbell feature, which I have in my house, so when anybody comes to my door, I can access it remotely and answer them.

It was my parents' decision to sign up with them. They've had it for years, and the rates are reasonable. Every time I've called with any issue or questions, they've been most helpful. We've had no issues with the equipment. We recently added a cellular connection to be able to report to the police, because there's no cable there, so the the unit's phone was disconnected. They installed it in good order and explained how it works. Actually there was an alarm the other day when somebody forgot to shut it off, and they contacted me promptly. Overall I'm very pleased.

Overall they are pretty good. They're very helpful; whenever we have a phone call to make to them for anything, they come right out and make sure it's done, so they're very helpful over the phone. The service calls are very prompt. As far as the the system itself, it's very user friendly, and we haven't had any issues with the security. Everything is good as far the security system, but we also got the home speaker system that's part of Guardian as well, and we just have a couple of issues with it right now, but we're getting it worked out. I think they are pretty reasonable with the cost. It's what was available when we are getting our home built, and we saw that they service most of the homes in that area.

I did research and it said it wasn't the worst; it had a better rating than some of the other ones. I think it's pretty good. Customer service is pretty good. the gentleman that helped me with my installation was very knowledgeable and provided excellent information. There was no drilling in my house, and the equipment is pretty user-friendly and easy to use.
