We have had our cove system for almost a year. We love love love it. Easy to use. Easy set up. Customer service has been super awesome when I’ve had questions. My entire family owns one now. I obviously would recommend this product to anyone.

I’ve had a few security system over the last 20 years and cove is by far the best system I’ve used. The customer service is amazing and the technology works awesome. The set up took me 20 minutes. My wife loves the system!

Cove has honestly been a life saver for me in so many ways! First off, being a first time user was in general stressful because it was something new for me. But Cove was so easy to work with and helped me in so many ways. They were always willing to answer my questions! 10/10 recommend!

Great customer service. Great upfront price. Lifetime warranty on equipment. Easy to install. The panel uses cellular signal, don’t need to worry about losing your home internet, you connect it to an outlet and also has battery for backup. Great mobile app. No contract !!!

Very fast delivery and it’s free, the equipment it’s very good quality and good price, the monthly price for monitoring mi house it’s reasonable. The response it’s very fast when you alarm go on and the best part excepcional customer service. This company have all what the others forget.

First I want to say, their response time to alarms is FAST, too fast. When you cancel an alarm, they still call. I thought I'd give COVE a try since they were a new company. I ordered their Home Al arm System (door/window sensors, Glass break and motion sensors). The first time I tested the system in 'AWAY" mode, the motion sensors wouldn't work. Cove replaced the entire system but, for some odd reason, we could not figure out, the motion sensors still would not work in our home. I had been working with the manager, who was very patience and helpful with trying to make sure the system worked for us. We tried for hours without any luck. My theory is, I think our outdoor security cameras were interfering with their motion sensors transmission because they were all installed on exterior corner walls that had security camera installed on the outside. When we disarmed the security cameras, we got them to work most of the time. The ONLY location in our home they appeared to work was the hallway. Being that you cannot install the motion sensors in front of windows and the rooms all had 2 windows, exterior walls was the only location we could use. Next, I wanted to test the Glass breaks. The glass break sensors should activate within 15 feet of a window or glass door. We installed one at approximately 11 1/2 feet from a large window, we tested it by actually breaking glass at 15 feet, 11 feet, 10 feet, and 6 feet and it NEVER went off. I contacted their technical support and was told to try testing them using a recorded sound of glass breaking, so I did a live video using several glass break effect sounds from Youtube, using my BOSE speakers with the sensors at 6 feet away from the speakers. They DID NOT go off, one did go off at approxiamately 4 feet but with several test they would only go off if the sensors were right in front of the speakers. The issue was they wouldn't trigger properly as shown in the video. The door and window sensors worked fine during both 'STAY' and 'AWAY' mode test. We also had issues with the panel. It would start counting down at night in 'STAY' mode for some odd reason and we had to get up to disarm it and arm it again. It you are going to have a Home Security System to secure your home both at home and away from home, you need a reliable and dependable system that works 100% of the time. Cove's call dispatch center appears to be reliable with responding to alarms but that's not enough, I need the alarm system to be as reliable to protect my home and my family from intruders. If it can't do that, what's the purpose of paying for the service? I have notified Cove that we wish to return the system. Hopefully we can find a system that actually work for us and one we can rely on to work for us. I suggest anyone with a Cove security system, test all their devices in both 'STAY' and 'AWAY' modes to assure they work properly.

I've been using cove for a couple of months know and I love it. Installation was easy and the customer service is great. I've accidentally tripped the alarm twice and each time the response time has been a couple of seconds. Price is also great. I just wish I could monitor the cameras and system all from one app.

I posted a review and got a call from a different rep. I explained the extreme circumstances that we are going through that the previous customer service rep didn't give me a chance to explain. This rep was willing to bend in order to keep us as customers and I appreciate that very much. I did find out some things about the camera that I wasn't told when we bought the system, which adds to the monthly price - one basis for our purchasing the system and service - so that's why I'm giving only four stars. I guess there is a steep learning curve for people starting a new business.

The support team at Cove is top notch! Had a small glitch during the installation, and they had me up and running almost immediately. The technology is as good or better than "the big guys," and the monthly monitoring bill less than half of what I have been paying! Highly recommended!

They do not lie! The system was indeed easy to install and I am not handy. The system works great and is easy to use. My garage door didn’t shut behind me after I left causing the alarm to go off. Cove called right away so I feel secure in their oversight. When installing I called customer service and they were nice, helpful and knowledgeable.

I'd done over a year of DIY home security systems and finally decided on Cove Smart. I could not be happier! The customer service is outstanding, the ease of installation was a breeze, the cost for monitoring is very affordable, and the equipment is of high quality. I highly recommend Cove Smart!!

Awesome experience thus far, I mean.. customer support.. BAR NONE!! RYAN, and his team take care of my elderly mom and dad as well as my sisters home and mine!! Definitely an experience that will have a lasting impression on home security! This company knows security, and the customer experience! For sure!!

Installation was very easy and the instructions walk you right through it. Customer service was very helpful and friendly. They were able to help me get my app up and going. Definitely worth the money for a diy home security system!

Over last 20 years I've had several security systems both with business and personal none have had the customer service experience that Cove especially Dalin the sales representative and the dedication to making sure I was satisfied happy and safe with my system my appreciation goes out to the entire Cove company but especially Dalin.

Cove was extremely easy it was comfortable impossible to mess up. Even the customer service reps were so awesome and helpful very friendly. Just one of the best experiences I have had with customer service ever thank you. And most affordable too.

FROM THE START TO FINISH EVERYTHING WAS OUTSTANDING AS FAR AS GETTING THE SYSTEM SHIPPED IT WAS EXTREMELY FAST AND TALKING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND USING THE CHAT BOX FOR HELP EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. THE EQUIPMENT IS MADE WITH QUALITY NOT CHEAP AT ALL. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK TEAM COVE.

The DIY installation of the security system was relatively fast and very easy. I've had a few issues since, but Cove has been very responsive and fast at fixing the problem. Be it by replacing a sensor, the entire panel, or looking into the issue on their end, they have been quick and responsive.

Cove has a great security system. The Cove team work really well with there customers. They take their time with giving instructions on how to use the system correctly. If you have any questions regarding the system they always have someone there to answer. This has been my experience.

Setting up took less than 40 minutes and has allowed Jenn Checketts and I to feel more secure at home while not taking out a second mortgage to afford it. If you’re in the market for a new alarm or are sick of paying outrageous monthly fees, this company is made for you.

So user friendly and affordable. I love that we easily can instal ourselfs and I know when my kids escape the house! I had a lot of help and support along the way to answer questions. I’m tying to convince my Dad to get one too!

We recently moved and wanted to install an alarm system. I didn’t want to get stuck with a long-term contract or have an exorbitant up front cost. Cove hit all the things we wanted in an alarm system, and it was super easy to setup.

This system was surprisingly easy to install. The Touch Panel is nicely designed and very user friendly. I sleep better at night know that our house is protected 24/7. we also travel a lot so it is nice to know that our home is being watched over while we enjoy family vacations.
