I didn't have any trouble with the installation process. The things I really like about Protect America is that I haven't had any problems with the system, even though I've had it for years. Also, I can call anytime, and get the information I need. They stay on the line, and they make me feel comfortable because I'm not technologically savvy. I'm pretty much satisfied.

I've been with the company a long time. They were actually one of the first companies to approach me. It was very simple to install, and there's only been some change on the equipment. It's been upgraded, and everything works well. They also provide good guidance with technical issues. It's met our needs, and it is very reliable, except for the occasional battery changes. I'm an elderly person, and my daughter suggested Protect America for my home. The initial process to install the system was good. My daughter took care of most of it, and it was favorable. I've had my alarm go off a couple of times by mistake, and the police showed up at the house. So, regarding that, I can't complain about it. I've had a good experience with it, and I'm satisfied with it. As a matter of fact, a couple other security places have come up the house trying to get me take theirs and I turned them down.

It's simple to operate the system, and installing it was done over the phone, so it was very easy. The technician was very helpful and understanding. They've been really quick in response. I've tripped my alarm a few times, and before I knew it, the police were right here. I would only say that I wish I had a little more security. Somebody could try to open the windows without breaking the glass.

I've had a few problems with their Away from home App, but other than that, everything's fine. We've tried to bypass the room in our house, and it was complicated at one point, but now it's pretty simple. They stayed on the phone to make sure that everything was in place, and tested appropriately. They're really helpful anytime I call their 800 number. I actually chose them because they gave me a low-cost option, to let my home personal security option. I believe it's been adequate to my personal needs.

I've been having problems with Protect America. The service is dead when something goes wrong. I'm basically the technician; I'm the one that has to fix the problem. I dislike that idea that they don't have anybody to come out and to do repairs. Don't get me wrong, I like the way everything is installed and setup. However, after a while, the window monitor falls off. I already have a couple of them that aren't working properly, and they don't send anyone out to fix it.

Anytime I have to change something on the system, the only thing I have to do is call, and the representatives walk me through it. I feel very good about it! I've had it for a few years now, and only a few things have gone wrong with it. The only thing I'd like to say is that sometimes the alarm goes off, and nobody is there to ask me if everything is alright.

I chose Protect America because I could install it myself in a very simple process, thereby saving the cost of installation and the customer support was very helpful in assisting me to set up the system. The customer support staff are very knowledgeable. I'm very pleased with it overall. I've never had a bad experience with the customer support staff; however, my big complaint is the wait time, I've waited as much as 20-25 minutes in the queue waiting to have my call answered.

The last time we had some problems, and I think he got somebody that was helpful, but then he had to come back and he got somebody that was outstanding. After seeing one of their advertisements, I thought Protect America was a good deal, so I went with it, So far, I haven't had a problem with them. Every time I call, I get a good answer to my questions and so forth. Plus, I did the installation myself, they just sent me all the equipment. The only thing I do have to day is that I need an upgrade. I've had this for quite a while, so I'm going call and see if I could get an upgrade package.

I went with them because they came to my door when my house is brand new. The installation was easy, and they just came in and put everything up and then tested it. Their customer service has been pretty good, and so far it's been pretty good overall, too, but one of the sensors broke and then I had to kind of argue with them to give me a new one for free.

They don't do installation; they send you everything and you do the installation yourself, that's the only downside of it, but my daughter helped me with that. Every communication I've had with them has been very satisfactory. I haven't had any problem that was not solved. Although it did take me a while to install the system, somebody assisted me through the phone. The only inconvenience I had was when my battery gave out, so I called them for assistance. I wasn't able to put the battery in myself, so they just sent me a new console. They've offered such a good service; I've always been satisfied.

The equipment's phone service is fine, but it's very time consuming to get help on the phone, I think their representatives are very good, I just wish there was people available that could come and help you with things. They recently changed the equipment, and this new one is bigger. They left the holes they had to screw on the window. That's an issue, because the new system doesn't fit on the same place the other one did, and the holes stay there.

It's outstanding! They had a better price and equipment than ADT, so I like it better. We put the alarms in the windows and doors, and it was easy! I pretty much did it myself. Whenever we have problem and I accidentally set off the alarm, the police will knock on my door and make sure I'm okay. That's how I know it actually works.

Customer support was pretty good. I can't say something negative about them because all our questions were answered. They would stay on the line with you if your system was having a problem. The installation was easy, but getting instructions was not that good. I still enjoy it, however, the battery life and the main device does not last long. Protect America's price is what made me choose them for home security. The agents that I talked to were very polite, and they didn't mind helping me with whatever problem I had. So far, the equipment is pretty good. It's new to me, so I have to learn how it works, but it's not hard.
