Installed in 2016... Paid for installation .. monitoring response on target as others.. Customer service via phone or in person with service call 4.5+ 2/5/2020 closing that part of Spectrum.....they are getting out of the security business. Monthly cost $32-38 no contracts..

The worst support and customer-facing information systems, bar none. I have tried to get someone from their support team on the phone for the last 90 minutes, and the chat window simply vanishes after a few minutes (no one ever responded), and I have called three times, and the automated attendant can 't hear me-ever-so I go into a loop. Spectrum disgusts me.
