Amp smart came into my home told me a bunch of lies then tried to charge me double the price for solar equipment and also take my tax incentive. Please I implore everyone do not sign a contract or read the fine print because you only have a few days to cancel and go with a reputable company.

I’ve had it for only 2 months and I have had more issues in those 2 months than I did with the previous company in 5 years. I feel like I was a little mislead and customer service is terrible!!! I would not recommend this company!

DO NOT USE AMP!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM ARTISTS!! THEY'RE NOT RATED WITH THE BBB BECAUSE OF THE COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM. THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW US TO TRANSFER SERVICE TO NEW THE OWNERS OF THE HOME WE SOLD, AS THEY PROMISED WOULD BE EASY TO DO.

Garbage Company! Cheap equipment that does not work correctly. Untrained installers that will mess up your property. Amp Smart is happy to charge you a monthly fee but refuse to repair their faulty cheap equipment. Avoid this scam company at all cost.

Worst security company. Poor equipment, multiple equipment failures. Bad customer service, long wait times. Service calls about a week away and every service call is a fee. Horrible contract. High teminatiin fees. Monthly fee high. Never use this company

Deceptive sales practices. They are able to raise your rates with no notice because “it’s in the contract” yet not disclosed when you sign up. Also the 5 year contract auto renews without a 30 day written notice. Again, they point to the contract but was never disclosed at the time the agreement was signed. Unfair and deceptive company.

Worst company will never do business with this company again. Rip you off due to moving tires to compare an alarm system contract with a car contract. No on ever answers calls in a timely manner on hold for longer then 30 min get passed back am fourth to departments to be on hold

I have had this Security company for 4 years. Can not wait to finish up next year, noncontact from them at all during this time. A salesman came to my door right after my husband passed and I was concerned about my safety. Have not been satisfied with the service but know I am stuck for another year

This is a fraud scheme. Our “contract “ was up I called and cancelled. Nope they renewed and said I agreed to it. Luckily bank is helping and locked access. DO NOT use these unscrupulous people

AMP charges service fees for their faulty equipment. Customer service is terrible. Equipment is out dated. Read fine print of contract. They don’t live up to their contract or service agreements. Basically they suck!

Had this system for 3 years. Equipment broke 2 years in. They wouldn’t fix it then when I ask them to move to a new home they asked for $1800. They also renew your service with out telling you. STAY FAR AWAY FORM THEM!!!

Amp security ran my credit without my permission. Forged my signature and told me it would come off my credit yet it is still there. It’s company like this you got to watch out for. Very shady.

Hello Abel, we train our sales representative to be upfront and transparent before, during, and after the sale. Additionally, we conduct quality assurance phone surveys and provide copies of all signed agreements to our customers on the day of the sale. A 3 day right of recision is supplied as well. This timeframe gives a grace period, which allows customers to review the paperwork they signed, contact us with any questions or concerns, and, if so desired, the ability to cancel with no penalty.
