Problems come in 3's Mocksville, NC

We have had Erie Insurance for well over 50 years! Hard to believe it is that long ago but we have been married 55 years and had it almost the entire time. We have all insurance including Auto; Homeowners; Jewelry and at one time we even had our camper covered. No issues with problems, such as accidents. It is also the most affordable.... Won't every quit for another company. Stick to what works!

Before moving to NC we had Erie insurance for over 30 years. From the local agent to the HQ's folks all were very professional & courteous. Claims for hail damage to our home and for several vehicle mishaps, all were handled promptly and to our satisfaction. Erie is a "local" insurer, focusing on PA, MD, WVa, Ohio, Ny, et al. They Know their niche ver well.

I have both renter's and auto insurance with Erie. I've moved a couple of times and each time they've made the transfer of my new address without any problems. I've also added and dropped vehicles, again with no hiccups. They do what they say they'll do and they do it efficiently.

I had Erie Insurance for many years for home, auto, and personal property. They dropped me unceremoniously last year with a terse notice, indicating that because I had made a claim (water damage to basement after a storm), they had chosen not to renew the policy. I called them to complain but was told this was my second such claim in 7 years so I was too high a risk. Dropped. I went elsewhere —Safeco—got better coverage and a better rate.
