The pros of this store are that they have a trillion things and there customer service is really great. The cons are that they have a trillion things and they are almost always marked up really high. To be honest I only shopped here because we registered here for our wedding. Otherwise I would avoid it.

Believe it or not this is my husbands favorite store. I love all the new gadgets and they have good quality products. It helps that they send coupons in the mail often. It's nice to save a dollar or two!

Going into Bed Bath and Beyond stresses me out. Too much product everywhere you turn. The employees are nice, but don't know too much about the product itself, only where you can find the product in the store. Products seems basic, nothing fun or unique but I would guess it's a good place to get all what you need.

Two complaints: 1) We ordered a large mirror which was delivered without a "Fragile" sign on the box, and as a result, the mirror was shattered inside the box. 2) I have tried contacting Bed Bath Beyond multiple times. I have tried their 1800-GO-BEYOND number 7 times and each time, hung up after waiting more than 35 minutes (I waited at least 35 mins each time). I tried calling on the weekend, week day & during office hours. I couldn't get a hold of a representative. I also sent 3 emails to the customer service number and received automated responses that someone will get back to me within 12-24 hours. It's been 25 hours since my first email and I have received nothing. It is exasperating considering my purchase is a $350+ mirror. I am giving a 1 rating (instead of a 0) only because the package was delivered on time.

Fantastic experience in store while i was going to buy furniture for my newly built home and it is amazing . I have noticed a lot of variety from bedding to different styling furniture. They have very clean store and very well organized . They also has kitchen gadgets that are really helpful . Their staff is also great .

I am sad to see our local bed Bath and beyond shut down. At the end, the place was fairly unkempt, but, before that, the store had good quality items that I couldn't find anywhere else unless I shop online. My favorite thing to buy there was sheets and linens

Bed Bath and Beyond is a good store to go to if you need bedding or window dressings. They have quite the selection of bedding, and I usually go in if I need to replace a comforter or sheets. They also have really good selections of window dressings. I like that they have things on display so you don't have open packages to see what you're buying.

I have not been a fan of Bed Bath and Beyond, unfortunately. I only go here when I cannot find what I need elsewhere (which is rare nowadays with Amazon taking over the world), and I am always floored by the prices. They should definitely reconsider their sourcing and pricing, because in my experience, the products do not hold up to their value. They do have just about everything you could ever need, though.

If you pile the coupons on with the clearance deals- you get great sales! And I will take that! If you go to buy in-store without the coupons, it can be pricey! Online shopping delivery is quick and I have found overall better deals online, versus in store to be honest! However....I can say that if you hit BBB after the holidays the deals are phenomenal! You can find the cutest decor for nearly free!

I only shopped at Bed Bath and Beyond when they had a great sale. Their products are a little expensive compared to other stores, but every now and then, they will have an item I can't resist purchasing. I dislike that they only gave 20% coupons because the 20% didn't put a dent in the original priced products that were purchased.

Their return policy is super flexible and convenient too. Their employees are so helpful. They have great sales and deals too. Love shopping here!

Bed Bath and Beyond products have decreased in size and increased in price over the last few years. Some of their scents are still fabulous, but it doesn't justify the price to me - especially considering you can buy the same or even better quality online. I'm disappointed in BB&B. They used to be my go-to for wonderful scents but are now so overpriced that I have stopped shopping there... especially after dealing with one of their employees acting rude in the store.
