Bed Bath and Beyond is a good store to go to if you need bedding or window dressings. They have quite the selection of bedding, and I usually go in if I need to replace a comforter or sheets. They also have really good selections of window dressings. I like that they have things on display so you don't have open packages to see what you're buying.

This store is amazing! It offers so many things at such great prices. I not only purchase all of bedding, towels and kitchenware there but can just spend hours browsing all of the great items they offer. Their prices are spot on abs their sales are phenomenal. Their return policy is always problem free. What more could you ask for!

I like that there are so many items to choose from instore. I got several things from Bed Bath & Beyond when I got married. My favorite purchase, oddly enough, was a split hamper. I wish I would've bought 2. The items I purchased years ago are still holding up and looking great!

I love going into their stores. It always smells good. I love their bath gels! They wrap you in a pleasant smell. I believe one can find almost anything in these stores; at least for your bathroom! I can buy shower curtains to fabulous scented body wash! Never had to return anything.

Oh my! I love BBB and am sooooh sad that I will no longer be able to shop there due to stores closings. Wild Sage is my favorite and I will miss their candles, wash clothes, and towels. The sales associates in my area were very accommodating and helpful to tell me about instore specials.

I thought the selection was okay, not great. We went in looking for more "My Pillow" pillows because the ones we bought years ago finally wore out but the cashier said they no longer carry the "My Pillow" brand because the guy that owns the company supports Donald Trump. When I asked where to buy My Pillows, she was nice and pointed us to the factory website for My Pillow. We bought some little kitchen items while we were there and they work fine.

They carry the widest variety of things for your house. If you need it, they have it. They honor coupons, even when expired, and will let you return an item to repurchase with a coupon. I don’t know many stores willing to do that.

Very poor customer service at the Federal Way location (in Boise) tonight…Three employees (one was the manager) chatting in an aisle as I tried to find details of a $149.00 lidded garbage can on the box. No greeting. No offer to help. Wandered around the store to end up at the customer service checkout and asked questions. Every question was answered with “I don’t know” but at least she asked the (still) chatting group. I then Googled and got answers on my phone. Told the manager how disappointed I was in the service. I did not see another person in the store (at 5:30), so I’m not sure why the lack of help. He shrugged and said, “either we help too much, or help too little.” Glad to go next door and hear “Welcome to Fred Meyer” where I was asked and helped to find the same sized lidded garbage can for $89.00. Works for me to save $60.00! Sad…I used to love going into BB&B; would like to see them stay in business. There’d be hope for these businesses if their employees knew what good customer service looked like, but I suppose it’s easier to blame Amazon or Costco or whoever else. Sorry BB&B, next time I’ll skip that frustration.
