The Bad

  • Financing Information
  • Guaranteed Payments

Financing Information

Very little information is provided online for potential clients. Patients who would like to know more about the financing options for this platform will need to talk to their local medical care providers. You can send an online application, but pricing and rates are not disclosed on the company website.

Guaranteed Payments

Very little information is published about these guaranteed payments. Denefits has promised a certain percentage of each patient payment after the initial payment is made on time to the medical care provider. Mixed reviews of this program have been given by consumers and clients of Denefits as some feel that the payments are not being made when they were promised. The lack of information available makes it difficult to understand the core issue.

The Bottom Line

This young company provides many people the opportunity to pay their medical bills in a timely fashion. It provides funding for most, if not all, medical needs and has partnerships with medical care providers across North America.

If you have bad credit and are unsure where to look for help with your medical expenses, Denefits is a great option. Though there are a couple of complaints, the versatility of this company makes it stand out next to competitors.

SHOUTOUT TO DAVE!!! I'm no financing guru, I just install fences, but my boy Dave at Denefits really came through for me. We had a demo scheduled yesterday morning (thank God he called me beforehand because I definitely forgot) & he walked me through the whole system. I really respect that level of patience and he didn't even rush me off the phone when I asked him like a billion freaking questions! I was able to get a customer signed up for $6,600 fence installation just this afternoon that I otherwise woulda had to turn away. I'm excited to see what Denefits will do for my business going forward!!

Denefits has been pretty easy to work with. Initially, I received a financing of $750 for my dog's veterinary treatment that I couldn’t afford right away! A few days later, my dog's condition had worsened & I needed to purchase additional treatment which I also financed through Denefits only. The payment plans clearly state what all commercials are included, which is nice. I would recommend Denefits to anyone looking for quick financing. My vet said the system can work with most of the other industries as well! Wow..
