I'll never forget getting a letter from Cigna telling us they were severing their relationship with Roper, one of the largest healthcare providers in the area, which would place us in the position of finding a new OB/GYN for my 38 week pregnant wife. My last F-U from Cigna is them shutting off electronic access to my Dependent Care FSA for 2021 while I still have money sitting in the account, no letter, notice, just an error page which leads me to believe its a webpage error. Rather than fix the issue, they make me fill out a form and fax it in. This is my money, withheld from my paycheck.
