We purchased this gutter system on 3-29-2024. The main reason was to circumvent a situation that was causing a massive washout in a particular area after a recent add on to our house. They came out. Provided a free 'inspection' and a fabulous presentation. Nice. Looked like it would solve the problem. Flash forward a few storms later.. not only is the situation NOT resolved... it is worse. I called CS and offered to provide a video, which honestly did not do the problem justice due to crappy phone video, but she declined and said the person she was going to alert would want it. After a week no one called so I called the agent that sold us the product and sent him the video. The next day a 'manager' called and set up an appointment for today to "fix" the issue and would call around 8AM to let me know when they would be here. No phone call and no show. In the mean time I would be remise to note that when we purchased on 03/29/24 they were all over themselves to get it installed like RIGHT NOW to the affect they were going to send a team out in the midst of Easter weekend. We had family coming and events, not to mention their installers would probs like to have a minute with their families, so pushed back for the following week. So you all are HUGE on install RIGHT NOW but total meh on the service/maintenance after the fact you tout so much about.

At the front of the house, around our front porch, they put un-primed one-by wood to extend the face board in which to hang the gutters on. They put white flashing over it and bent it over with their hands to cover the wood they just put on. However, the back side is completely visible when you come out on the porch. Looks very sub standard and shoddy. At the back of the house, you can look up and plainly see that the roof over shoots the gutters, and at one end, the gutter runs out about 3 feet into space. For more than a month we have been waiting for them to return but …. So, … so much for their lifetime warranty. We paid $11,000 for gutters that isnt worth $1,000. Stay away from these scammers, we are heading to court to have them remove this crap from our home. We have video and pictures if you want them.

I have no idea how good housekeeping could get there seal of approval for leaf guard gutters system. I experienced a heavy rain and the downspouts caused the water to back up to the top of the house. Water was leaking out of every joint. Icicles formed on part of the gutters where there’s no insulation on my porch roof over my sidewalks, creating an icy walkway hazard. Nothing was mentioned during the selling point of the gutter system. Buyer beware! Also the bigger size of the gutter system is extremely noisy, as the water drains out. I’ve only had leaf guards gutters for four months. I don’t know what will happen when fall comes and the leaves come into contact with the gutters.

I liked the over kill design of the system. Very heavy and sturdy, and I expected to pay for it. They came and installed the system on my shop and I have cameras up and watched the work after done. They did not install everything that was purchased. Never ran a chalk string to get proper drain. Just eyeballs it. Had dips and sags. Called and they sent a person out came up with a game plan for repairs. When installers came back they didn't have materials to do the job. Told me I didn't need all the materials that I had paid for. They were also very rude and still didn't fix things that I was showing them was wrong. Very disappointed. I had friends that were interested in the system but after seeing the job done there going a different rought.

My experience with them involved deceptive sales tactics and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Initially, the salesperson blatantly lied about the need to replace fascia boards and misrepresented what was included in the price. Despite promising that the contract for 20 feet of service would cover substantially more, I did not need nor receive any additional services. Shockingly, I captured all these false promises on video and submitted the footage to the manager upon request. Incredibly, the manager admitted to not even viewing the evidence and refused to issue any refund, citing the misleading contract I was tricked into signing. This company operates with a lack of integrity and respect for consumers. I urge you to consider other more reputable providers to avoid falling victim to similar unethical practices.

they haven't worked since they went. They overflow, they leak from underneath and 3 trips to fix them hasn't done any good. The financing wasn't financing it was a credit card scam at 26.99% interest that I had to pay off at one time! NEVER was one word mentioned about a credit card thru synchrony bank. I'd have thrown your rep out of the house. My old gutters were way better than this crap! I've asked for my money back. The answer was no. Some guarantee of satisfaction. Post this I dare you!

Extremely poor installation which has resulted in leaking soffits. Gutters are bent and drip edge is behind gutters allowing water to penetrate. Metal brackets left behind in the yard. There has been no timely response from the installation team. Water is pooling on the roof. Hard to believe I paid thousands of dollars for damage to my home. I will have to dispute the charges and hire another company to repair the damages.

Poor installation leading to countless leaks. Customer support non-existent. This is within 24 hours of installation. I called the corporate office, where I asked for a complete, new system to be installed. And, to have it done by responsible, professional, and experienced(at least 10 yrs) installers. They've informed the district representatives to replace everything as there's a concern that the gutters and facia were not installed properly. I'm still waiting for someone to show up.

I have called numerous times because the installers broke my motion light and also damaged the molding on the corner. No one has returned my calls, nor done any repairs. They also left a hole in the roof that cost me an additional $1200 to repair it.

Gutters have been working great, my only issue is the installers told me they were out of the splash blocks and would bring them to me once they arrived. After numerous call that I made to the manager, the four splash blocks have never made it to me. I paid $11,500 for gutters and they were never completed

Gutter is improperly installed. It is full of water at the one end. It needs another drain or properly sloped. With the water weight it is pulling the facia board off. Excess water is dropping on to the porch roof below.

The warranty was not honored after the gutters were damage in a storm. The national corporation accepted the call and referred me to the local provider in Joliet, IL. for warranty coverage. The local provider took my message and messages from the contractor doing the repair work. The local provider blocked the contractor and never returned my calls. It looks like Leaf Guard will promise the moon to make the sale, but do nothing for warranty claims.

The LG gutters on my house do not work. They may work on small ranchers, IDK. I verbalized & showed the issues concerning roof water runoff and he assured me that LG gutters could control it. Now I realize, from other reviews, that they knew LG could not manage the water flow from a tall sharp angled roof. Requirement - porch no longer gets wet. I have photos of the wet porch. Looks like some water does move around the curved edge (surface tension), but not all of it does. Some of it hangs there and gets blown off by the wind, thus creating a new water runoff issue. The gutters also leak in several areas: corner seam, trap on downspouts, bottom of downspout onto ground instead of into plastic tube. If you reach in the trap for debris, that I was told I should not have to do but 1-2 times/year, (had to in 1 month) wear gloves, the metal filter will cut your finger. No mention of this hazard in their sales pitch. Their sales tactics are horrid, even when I told him that I did not want to hear his sales pitch. At one point he yelled at me because I did not answer his "yes or no" question with a "yes or a no". He calls his boss (remind you of a car purchase?) to see if you can get a lower cost. Stay away from these people and this product. I wish I had, oh, the cost, for a 3,800 sq ft house...$21K. I have lots of photos and videos of the gutters not working and am pursuing them through the BBB (never works, it's a scam) and a credit card dispute, which is ongoing.

I had someone come out and give me an estimate while I was deciding which company to use. This guy spent two hours outside of my house most of it was in his car. Then he brought in these 'samples' of other gutter types one of which was a regular gutter with about a 10" galvanized nail through the screw holes and tried to tell me that was how they installed them. Ok.... I might be a chick but I'm not that dumb. I ended up running him out of my house because he wanted to sit for another hour inside of my house telling me all of the horror stories of other gutter companies. I needed 180 linear ft of gutter, granted they have nice product and the application would be great. However, it isn't $39k of nice product 'before discount' and $29k after.
