Honestly, the sales person is why I bought these. The gutter looked like it was better than other gutters, but the sales person did a really good job. The gutter guards themselves are sturdy and appear to work well. The young man who came out and installed the gutter said that he made sure all the gutters were pointed in the right direction - as far as downhill. But when I went back on my cameras, I did not see him alter one gutter that we knew was going in the wrong direction. So when the next rain comes, we'll know whether he did or not because usually there's water in the water because it's in the wrong direction. I don't think he fixed it.

The salesman didn't have any idea what he was talking about. We're building a new house and the gutters haven't been installed yet. We know exactly which gutters we want gutter guards on (just the back which is very steep and tall and I don't want my husband up that high). The salesman says he can't give an estimate without inspecting the gutters first. It is 64 feet from one side to the other about 25 feet off the ground.
