The demonstration was extremely helpful in understanding the the gutter system, its history, how it differs from the competition and left us comfortable in our decision. The survey of our property left us with a sense of knowledge we’d be left protected where we’re currently exposed today: from sales to installation, a great experience!

Extremely poor installation which has resulted in leaking soffits. Gutters are bent and drip edge is behind gutters allowing water to penetrate. Metal brackets left behind in the yard. There has been no timely response from the installation team. Water is pooling on the roof. Hard to believe I paid thousands of dollars for damage to my home. I will have to dispute the charges and hire another company to repair the damages.

The workers came and did the gutters in the snow. Since this was the case they left cut metal everywhere, cut zip ties, and gutter nails from existing gutters. Other then that they were great.

Poor installation leading to countless leaks. Customer support non-existent. This is within 24 hours of installation. I called the corporate office, where I asked for a complete, new system to be installed. And, to have it done by responsible, professional, and experienced(at least 10 yrs) installers. They've informed the district representatives to replace everything as there's a concern that the gutters and facia were not installed properly. I'm still waiting for someone to show up.

Wasn’t happy with the finish look. Flashing was wavy and not professional looking. The gaps in the opening of the gutters aren’t uniform. Over 30 screws have been found in my driveway in multiple locations causing one flat. Nice product bad install

The product is good but the installation, and service is terrible. They left my house looking like the gutters were falling off. The salesman gave us bo ideal how bad it would look and refused to take the leaf on making it right. The service manager just wants to talk past you and guide you back to his script of welcoming you to the family.

The fellows that did the work were excellent. They were very professional and did an excellent install job. After the install I did not receive any follow up calls. It had been mentioned that there may be discounts for placing a sign on my property? There was no follow up on that which is a missed opportunity for the company. Although I am located VERY far out in the "country", I live on a road where literally hundreds of cars pass on the weekends. I am on the road to the Old Rag Mt. trailhead. Most folks who do the hike are from N VA or Maryland. Satified with the product.

Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. The engineering behind the product was extensive. It looks like all of the bases are covered. We have had three intense rain and wind events and the leaf guard is performing above all claims made by Leaf Guard. Only time will determine the final outcome. So far looks and performance are amazing.

Every aspect up to and including installation was great. It was a large job and they stayed to complete it. Have had heavy rains since install and system works as promised. However, the crew broke a flood light bulb up under the eave and I called next day to have them come and replace with a spare bulb I have but several weeks later, no joy and I don't plan on calling again . Will replace myself.

The gutters for the house, the pavilion, and the shop in the back are fantastic. My only dislike is the amount of screws bolts that were dropped or left on the ground for potential of popping the tractors tires. Found an excess of 30 dropped sharp screws From the gutters. Service was quick gutters are fantastic. You can’t ask for better gutters and down drains and received from leaf guard.

Other than the installers getting us out of bed at 7 am on a Sat. we were impressed with their quality work. They also rescued a lost dog, checked the tag on the dog's collar, called the owner and kept the dog safe until the owner arrived to retrieve the dog. Very impressive how they went above and beyond.

The gutters look great and they did a great job. Even though they ran a metal magnet over the work area to pick up nails that came out of the original gutters that they removed...we still found about 23 nails that they did not pick up and one ended up in one of my tires and since it was in the side wall I had to purchase a new tire on 4-15-24. Which cost me 280.00 at Vandergriff Toyota...that is where the nail was located when I was having my oil changed and tire rotated. I kept the nails in case Leaf Guard wanted to see them.

Installers arrived on a dismal day and were finished in hours. Kelvin and Jonathan did an outstanding job. We were told what to expect and when they would be finished. They sales person Mark was professional and said if we had any problems or concerns to immediately contact him. It has survived high winds and heavy rains since it was installed.
