I always try to use a local company. Researched Hall’s Garage Doors and the reviews were all positive. Our first service issue the garage door wasn’t closing correctly. Placed a service call and setup an appointment to repair door. The service tech was on time and diagnosed the issue. He gave us an estimate and recommendation to complete repair. A couple of years later the garage door opener went bad. Hall’s service tech replaced opener. I personally highly recommend Hall’s and will continue to use them for our garage door needs.

We called Hall’s when our garage door wasn’t working. They sent a rep out quicker than I expected and then a team to replace a part. We were very pleased that we didn’t have to replace the door and appreciated their honesty in saying we didn’t! We also got a new opener when that was needed, and again appreciated getting it without having to get a new door. We recommend them most highly, and certainly will call them (and only them) when we actually do need a new door or any other repair!

Hall’s Garage Doors is absolutely the best! From the first time I contacted them, they were very friendly, professional, prompt, and willing to help with my very old (46 years) wooden garage door. They came ready to repair it and gave me a fair price. After some thought, I decided maybe we needed a new one. They ordered one for us and patched up the old one so we could use it until the new one arrived. They even accommodated me when I changed my mind and wanted windows in it! So we now have a beautiful new door which works perfectly and we are 100% satisfied! By the way, all the guys they sent out were top notch. They certainly knew their “stuff” and were able to work around some tight spaces. Each one was courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Hall’s Garage Doors!

I have used Halls Garage door for various projects at my house. This started with spring replacements. Then several years later we replaced the doors to upgrade the look of the home and modernize the lifts. After several more years, we built another large garage with a single 20ft wide door with matching style and hardware. Each time Halls Garage Doors provided excellent quality, competitive pricing and friendly service. The friendly service starts at their front door all the way through installation.

It was at that time that we contacted Hall’s garage doors to make those repairs including replacing a burned out motor and replacing thespring mechanism to raise and lower the garage doors. At the time, we had purchased a property just outside Christiansburg City limits and the original garage doors were in need of replacement. Halls was one of three companies we contacted. Their estimator was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. Their showroom had everything necessary to aid in the decision process and was conveniently located. Upon arrival at the site, Their installation team was prompt. Considerate of the surrounding portion of the property. Completed the project as described and they left the area as clean as they found it. There was a follow up to the site as there was a small adjustment needed and there were no questions asked. Their field representative showed up as scheduled and addressed the issue. In the future, if I were to need their services, I would not hesitate nor look anywhere else. I have been in the trades for my entire life and work in QA/QC and would definitely recommend Halls for garage door installation or service.

My 87yo Mothers car was trapped in her garage because the garage opener failed....I was at work 300 miles away when she called in a panic. I Talked to my uncle that lived in the area and he recomended Halls Garage Doors.I called them and explained the situation.With in hours the door was repaired with a new opener.Sooooo,shortly after my Mom went to open the door.wouldnt open as she couldnt figure it out.I called Halls back and they sent the tech out right away to explain to my elderly Mom how to work everything again. Hall’s sent out an experienced young tech that came equipped with all the right parts like he was clairvoyant. Replaced, adjusted and tested the door before leaving. Well done! Hi Megan, your company did a great job and we are very pleased with the garage doors. I know a company here In Patrick County that installs garage structures and I will reach out to them. My recommendation to you is to contact other garage structure installers. There are a lot in NC that install in VA. We chose not to go with their standard roll up doors. They might like door options. First of all, the people are real friendly and knowledgeable. Second, they solved my problem very quickly. My garage door opener stopped working, they were able to come over the same day and determined that it was shot. We quickly determined it was under warranty and so they ordered a new upgraded version. It arrived in about three days and they delivered to my home and swapped it out for free. Wonderful service and great people.

In 2016 the garage door that the builder installed in 2007 was not running smoothly or quietly. I called Hall's and they were able to replace the door with the mandated style for our association. A year later, my neighbor crashed into the door. After some other necessary re-construction was completed, Brandon from Hall's replaced the bottom and intermediate sections like new. Last year, I opted for a newer model garage door opener. Hall's came out to do that and took time show me a lot of features that I might be interested in. Professional and polite interaction.
