Hall's Garage Doors

Justin came out quick and got both of our garage doors working in under an hour for a very fair price. He was courteous and efficient. Will definitely call them again if we ever need more repairs.

From the first time I contacted them, they were very friendly, professional, prompt, and willing to help with my very old (46 years) wooden garage door. They came ready to repair it and gave me a fair price. After some thought, I decided maybe we needed a new one. They ordered one for us and patched up the old one so we could use it until the new one arrived. They even accommodated me when I changed my mind and wanted windows in it! So we now have a beautiful new door which works perfectly and we are 100% satisfied! By the way, all the guys they sent out were top notch. They certainly knew their “stuff” and were able to work around some tight spaces. Each one was courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Hall’s Garage Doors!

Wanted to reach out and just share a note of appreciation for the warm and professional service and experience I've had with your firm. I live in an apartment and am fortunate to have a garage but was only provided with one visor garage door opener. We have two vehicles and wanted to have another visor opener and two key chain openers. Went the Amazon route and you have to be a magician to get the red, green, or yellow light to click and work. Could get one opener to work but then that would unprogrammed the key chain or vice versa. Maintenance at the complex was as frustrated as I was. Had the good fortune to google and find Hall's Garage Door in Christiansburg and the pleasant conversation with Lorie. She got Noah out and he worked his magic to have two visor openers work. I wanted key chain openers, but he didn't have any on the truck. We made sure the two that I had from Amazon were working so all good. That is until the power to the building went off over the weekend. Your visor openers still worked but only one of the key chains. I said screw that and called back to see if I could get key chain openers as figured having your gear would resolve that issue. Called back to the shop yesterday to inquire if I could get Noah to come back with key chain openers but being a senior citizen on fixed income could the service charge be waived. Talked to another Lori and she said, "let me check with my supervisor". She called right back and said yep, she could have Justin come this morning, and I would be charged just for the openers. Justin arrived and fixed me right up, made sure everything was working. lubricated the track and door joints. I even get a picture of who is coming and when they are to arrive. I have taught 45 years at the Community College and at both RU & VT. My specialty is organizational behavior, and my story is the only organizational asset that can appreciate in value is your people. That doesn't have from a Claxton fruit cake at Christmas but rather the culture and climate leaders in organizations create that enhances performance and commitment, Further my final exam is to have my students reach out and let someone who has made a difference in their lives know and thank them. Research shows that people will tell 2 other people about a crappy experience but only 3 of a positive experience. I have made it an occupational commitment to recognize exemplary service, and that is what I got from Hall's employees. Hope you can give your team a gift certificate and treat to a meal at El Bronco and a movie at the Regal Cinema.

Noah was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Pricing seemed high but items needed to be replaced. He worked quickly and was done within an hour. I would recommend Hall's.
