Walmart Vision Center

Absolutely ridiculous. Some stores take Caresource great right! NOPE. My son had 6 pairs of frame to chose fro. They were all cheesy. So I ended up paying for frames and warranty obviously because Caresource was. NOt going to cover. Then we were talking about lenses no option there either. Plastic yep you heard me PLASTIC. I said excuse me. I said I can't have plastic frames. I have to have the poly because I pay out of pocket for them to have the thinning option. They said no we don't do any add on its specifically what Caresource covers. I said we'll I can't get glasses here. So we canceled my order I still had to come out of pocket for my wasted eye exam that neither me nor my son needed because we both had one less then 6 months and I let them know that.but I still had to have the ex am to move it along just to find out I still paid for half of what my sons glasses cost and I didn't and couldn't get a pair for myself. They said they have a co tract with caresource to not allow add-ons. So Insteady of allowing add-ons to make extra money they force you into eye exam even if not needed. I had me and my sons prescription with us. And the Lady was rude. And they had the notification set up to notify me when both pairs came in. I said corrected that before I left. And after a month of no notice I called and they said your other pair has not came in I said what other pair. There is no other set of glasses. So you were just going to keep the glasses I paid for and not notify me. So went down to pick up the following weekend and as I'm getting my sons glasses she informs me that mi e still haven't came in. I said again WHAT GLASSES I never ordered any. Then no joke as I'm writing this my sons brings over his glasses and the arm is about to break. He'd had them 6 months. Yeah great job walmart.

I went to Walmart, got my eyes checked and waited for my eye prescription. I was called in 2 weeks later , went and tried them on, the it was wrong. I really needed my glasses. Walmart apologized, we did it again , and once again it was the wrong prescription. I'm done with Walmart vision center.
