I had an absolutely horrible experience with Overnight Glasses. I sent them a pair of frames to make lenses for and it cost $150 + the cost of the frames, which I had bought separately. My glasses arrived and I thought the fit of the lenses was interesting because there seemed to be an overhang on the bottom than I'm used to, but it didn't affect my ability to wear them so I shrugged it off. One week after getting them, I went to open the glasses to put them on and one of the lenses forcefully popped out and completely broke the frames. I've been wearing glasses since I was 2 years old and I've never had this happen before. Overnight Glasses is refusing to give me a refund or help me in any way because they say the frames must be faulty. Yeah, sure. So now I have broken, unusable frames and custom lenses that were supposed to be fit for those frames that I can't use on a different pair of frames. I will never use this company again nor recommend them to anyone.

I ordered lenses there over 2 weeks ago and they were shipped 5 days ago. I have no idea why anyone with a business would rely on USPS for their shipping. Anyways my glasses were shipped from Van Nuys, CA June 15th. They arrived in Denver, CO on June 17th. Denver is 100 miles from my house. So, today(June 20th) they arrived in Los Angeles, CA. What's going on? This is absurd when I could've went to a different site for cheaper. I picked this site because I thought I would get them faster. They should charge $10 more and use UPS. Oh, they recieved my frames on June 7th. So, as of right now, "overnight" means more than 2 weeks. Who knows how long it will take?

Hello, We apologize for the shipping delay. Our records show that we received your frames on 6/12 and shipped out the completed glasses on 6/15. Unfortunately USPS did ship the package incorrectly. We did contact USPS, they have corrected the mistake and delivery is expected on 6/23. We do offer to ship orders via UPS, you can select this option at check out.

I wish I can give this company a zone. They received my old frames 6/2/23 and the following week I called overnight glasses numerous times checking on the status of my order and it was always told tome that it’s in production, then on 6/9/23 I was told that my glasses were done and were being shipped and I should be receiving a tracking number which I never received. Called overnight glasses on 6/11/23 and I was told that they damage my personal frame which I loved and couldn’t find anywhere else to this day, I was so disappointed and frustrated because they were dishonest and lying to me the whole time. I will never recommend this company to anyone who have personal frames they love and cherish go with a more reputable company, not supposably a overnight and fast shipping company that doesn’t stand by they’re word. Horrible experience never again, stay away.

Twice failed to ship on time. I have made two separate orders and they have bungled both. The first time they left out a pair of glasses and didn't even notice until I complained. The second time their turnaround was slower than promised (36 hours instead of 24) and they shipped by USPS instead of second-day air for which I paid extra. Customer service was initially unresponsive, then took no responsibility for the considerable cost and inconvenience caused to me by their failure to meet the time-sensitive contract. Instead, they insulted me by only offering to refund the shipping cost! I would also add that the economy line frames ordered the first time around were of poor quality. The arms were not long enough for a normal head. The second time around I sent them my own designer frames to get new lenses, but instead of fulfilling that order on time, they effectively held my expensive frames hostage.

I placed my order and shipped my frames on a Friday. No one available to receive them on the weekend. They confirmed receipt on 5/21/22. They sent their time table with the email, I should have received them before the Memorial Weekend. But nothing so I reached out and Christine responded saying there was a slight delay and one of the lenses needed to be re-made. They should will be completing the remake by Tuesday to ship that day. She was supposed to email me the tracking number. Tuesday came and went with no update. I called at 2:30 and 4:30 pm with no answer. Called Wednesday morning at 9:30 am of course no response and no one returning any of my messages either voicemail or email. Horrible customer service and turn times.

I ordered replacement lenses for my mother, who was visiting me in PA but live in NV. There's shipping label error that could have been solved easily with customer support but unfortunately THEY DON'T HAVE ANY!!! I called over 100 times but it always goes to answering machine. I started writing email but the guy who is responding doesn't even refer to our previous conversation so he always starts from the beginning. At this time I am so worried that I am going to lose my $159.I have started dispute with my bank . This is what I want you to reconsider before you order this company. I didn't get any service yet so no matter how long it takes, i will recover my money. What if after you recieved your glasses, you need help and try to reach out to this company???? BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I had my my own frames shipped to them. I got an email that they got my glasses and it’s in the cutting phase. I waited 5 days and not update. I contacted them and told me that my glasses was shipped on March 11th. And provided me with a wrong tracking #. It’s now March 23rd and I still haven’t gotten my glasses. Contacted them 3 times already The 2nd time they said they will look into it and has not followed up on me in 5 days. I had to contact them again and no reply. I had to reverse the charge on my credit card not only that They lost my $118 pair of Oakley frames. This company sucks period.
