If you need glasses fast, they are the ONLY option. Lost my expensive prescription sunglasses a week before a vacation and needed one fast. Mario and his production team, together with Paul from the customer service delivered way ahead of time. And the prescription sunglasses are perfect. There are so many other places that claim they can produce and ship your prescription glasses fast, I did the research by talking, chatting with other online producers -- they can't. I feel sorry for ALL optometrist offices / eye glass brick and mortal offices throughout the nation. Overnight Glasses has truly revolutionized a process. However if you like spending more money and wasting time then please do not use Overnight Glasses. I wanted lenses put into my new glasses and cannot say enough about just how simple and easy the process has been. Then to top it off the customer service on the back end was truly above and beyond. I had a problem with my order and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I am not one of those people that writes many reviews and am generally quite busy in my off time. I did however feel the need to write this review for Overnight Glasses as they have exceeded my expectation. Trust me, if you need lenses in your glasses then look no further. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW PLEASED I AM WITH THEIR PROCESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have earned a lifelong customer in me. I also know that sometimes people are "incentivized" into writing these sorts of reviews. this is 100% not the case here. I am writing this because they are a great company and I am certain others will be just as pleased if going through them for your eye glass needs! Seriously, outstanding!!!

This is my 5th time ordering from Overnight glasses 🤓 and I will say the customer service has always been consistent 🙂. Every single time that I have made an order I have received it before the said delivery time which that 3-4 days isn’t bad at all. What made this experience outstanding was that they honored my 30% off email coupon AFTER I made my order. Mario was pleasant in his tone and approach to me not having seen that email prior to ordering. Quality- always spot on. I wish I could post pic of the sturdy eyeglass holder , spray and hanky and glasses of course this company hands down will always be my go to! I ordered glasses and they were fast tracked delivered as requested. They did not need adjusting. However, due to my error they were incorrect. I called, left message, I left message on website, sent email request. Mario called in response, I think, to website message within an hour of there opening For business. On all messages I had written urgent as I needed the Glasses for an international trip I was taking in 4 days. We figured out why the glasses were incorrect, and after listening to my panic voice agreed to waive Some protocols, ordered my new glasses and fast tracked them to me. I received them as promised and just In time for leaving the next day on my trip. The glasses seem to be of spec and are not in need of adjustment. Thank you for helping me get fast, accurate glasses so I can enjoy my trip!!

Decided to try them for monovision lens replacements in a frame which I owned. I did search on-line for problems with the company, and nothing seemed inappropriate. I had recent cataract surgery in both eyes. My physician told me the implanted lens correct for blue light, and he surprisingly said I do not need sunglasses unless I am more comfortable wearing them. Thus, I ordered their basic distance monovision corrective lens. I was startled that the total billed cost with the on-line purchase was $32. They sent me a prepaid shipping label which I used to send the frames. I was kept informed with their progress via several emails. I don't recall the time required for the process, but it seemed to be very quick. The received frames were not damaged, and the lens have been excellent! I did already have polarizing clip-on sunglasses for these frames, and I continue to use them for comfort when needed. I've been so pleased with the company that I've just requested the same order for another pair of frames which I own.

the lenses i purchased did not hold up. I rotate 5-6 pairs of glasses, have specific ones for working out, and then others for wearing to work and social events. the pair I purchased from overnight were for work, i sit at a desk all day, occasionally go to the bathroom and get food, but no activity. the lenses were so badly scratched I couldn't wear them any more. Been wearing glasses for 40 years, never had lenses scratch like this.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM! Don’t use it please! I ordered a lens replacement for my glasses and spent close to $100 and when I went to print the shipping label it said no shipping label was created for my order and to call customer service but when I called the number said they were closed even though it is during their normal business hours. Now I have to go through my credit card to hopefully get my money back. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM! I REGRET IT.

I ordered lenses there over 2 weeks ago and they were shipped 5 days ago. I have no idea why anyone with a business would rely on USPS for their shipping. Anyways my glasses were shipped from Van Nuys, CA June 15th. They arrived in Denver, CO on June 17th. Denver is 100 miles from my house. So, today(June 20th) they arrived in Los Angeles, CA. What's going on? This is absurd when I could've went to a different site for cheaper. I picked this site because I thought I would get them faster. They should charge $10 more and use UPS. Oh, they recieved my frames on June 7th. So, as of right now, "overnight" means more than 2 weeks. Who knows how long it will take?

Hello, We apologize for the shipping delay. Our records show that we received your frames on 6/12 and shipped out the completed glasses on 6/15. Unfortunately USPS did ship the package incorrectly. We did contact USPS, they have corrected the mistake and delivery is expected on 6/23. We do offer to ship orders via UPS, you can select this option at check out.

I wish I can give this company a zone. They received my old frames 6/2/23 and the following week I called overnight glasses numerous times checking on the status of my order and it was always told tome that it’s in production, then on 6/9/23 I was told that my glasses were done and were being shipped and I should be receiving a tracking number which I never received. Called overnight glasses on 6/11/23 and I was told that they damage my personal frame which I loved and couldn’t find anywhere else to this day, I was so disappointed and frustrated because they were dishonest and lying to me the whole time. I will never recommend this company to anyone who have personal frames they love and cherish go with a more reputable company, not supposably a overnight and fast shipping company that doesn’t stand by they’re word. Horrible experience never again, stay away.

All the glasses I've gotten from Overnight Glasses have been great, but this last experience was particularly terrific. I used old frames and they put in new lenses for me post cataract surgery, and one of the new lenses fell out and got lost immediately because a screw was loose (in the glasses, not in my brain - ha ha!). Well, Mario at Overnight Glasses had me send the glasses back, and they replaced the screw and the lost lens, and sent them right back to me. I am so grateful for Mario's assistance and for the quality of Overnight Glasses overall.

Situation: Upon traveling out of town I discovered I forgot to bring my glasses. The good: This company got me the right glasses with correct prescription in 2 days. The budget frames are still some of the nicer ones I’ve owned. It was a fair price and the work was done quickly, just what I needed. The bad: There were multiple issues with their email system, and my package had to be picked up at a nearby business because the front desk refused it where I was staying. The latter might have been UPS issue, as I’d requested to waive signature requirement but they didn’t, and the package had address, phone number, but not my name on it.

We will learn from this and inform customers of the potential issues with hotels front desk in advance of shipping their glasses. In general, we learned that hotels' front desks will refuse a package if not informed in advance of the package arrival. We will also remove the signature required if shipping to hotels.

I'm extremely happy with my online purchase's (Michael Kors / Brickell) and experience for prescription glasses. I initially followed up with customer service to ensure the prescription I attached was legible. I was immediately able to speak with a live rep who was both friendly and knowledgeable. I was a little nervous at first, but my order was received in a timely fashion without delays from the USPS. These are quality frames, and lens both sturdy and attractive. In march 2020, I discovered Overnight Glasses.com, every year since then I have used them for my Lenses. They have great prices, fast delivery and amazing customer service associates. The fist place I used for my lens replacement was 39dollarglasses,com. Don't ever use this place. I ordered new lenses with my own frames, when I received my glasses they sent me some cheep knockoff "only a bit" similar to my own frames, but they were not mine. When I complained, I was told from their supervisor that he has worked there for over 20yrs and something like that has never happened and they wont do anything about it because they didn't mess up! just because a mistake never happened doesn't mean it can't, were not robots. Wow, so I never used them again, I mention that experience any chance I get, as I did when I first ordered lenses from Overnightglasses.com. They first apologized for that company treating me so poorly and then assured me that this will never happen with them, they will always provide top customer service for their customers and without them they wouldn't have a business. Since that time 3yrs ago they have defiantly stood by their word. I ordered my lenses this year "like clock work' when I received them there was an issue. they were not the correct prescription. after researching my order I noticed that the numbers I entered for my script were correct however the photo of my script was not mine, it was my sons. I realized I made the mistake but they also made a mistake. They understood it was not only my fault but theirs as well. I was instructed to send them back " no charge" so they can correct them, plus I was offered Transition lenses, this was great since my next purchase was going to be prescription sunglasses. The rep who helped me is Xavier, he's pleasant and very helpful. Xavier never made me feel like he is all powerful, I'm just the customer[ like that other online place] He has great people skills. Xavier defiantly knows how to treat customers and even though that old saying goes" the customer is always right" well.... that's not set in stone and they are not always right, but should be treated with respect and understanding. Overnight Glasses and their associates defiantly understand what great customer service is since they always provide exceptional customer service. Twice failed to ship on time. I have made two separate orders and they have bungled both. The first time they left out a pair of glasses and didn't even notice until I complained. The second time their turnaround was slower than promised (36 hours instead of 24) and they shipped by USPS instead of second-day air for which I paid extra. Customer service was initially unresponsive, then took no responsibility for the considerable cost and inconvenience caused to me by their failure to meet the time-sensitive contract. Instead, they insulted me by only offering to refund the shipping cost! I would also add that the economy line frames ordered the first time around were of poor quality. The arms were not long enough for a normal head. The second time around I sent them my own designer frames to get new lenses, but instead of fulfilling that order on time, they effectively held my expensive frames hostage.

UPDATED INFORMATION: Once the company got my order in and my payment, they showed their real colors. I have been barraged with emails, most of them in error. I was pushed into reviewing the company, even before the glasses arrived. And as for that, six days after my order, there isn't even indication that the glasses have been made. I have lost confidence in the company. This is written before my glasses arrived. So far, ordering has been easy. Mario on the Chat line helped with a website error, giving me confidence that my glasses will be just what I need. I have never ordered glasses on line before, and was a little nervous about the whole procedure. Now I am confident, thanks to Overnight Glasses.
