The "Share-to-Social" feature capitalizes on social networks like Facebook, MySpace, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Silver pop's analytic tools also track how successful your social media campaigns are, just like they do for your email campaigns. Many competitors require you to use third-party hosts for things like surveys, but Silverpop has a survey tool built into their interface. Some of the other advanced features include:

This may discourage potential users, especially those with smaller companies who are looking to capitalize on free plans or inexpensive basic monthly plans. While the platform is generally regarded is powerful and sophisticated, several users have found it buggy and difficult to use at times. Other reviewers encountered the website being down at times making it impossible to use the service. Many of the advanced features may be seen as a positive, but for smaller companies, these things are likely not necessary making this service better suited for bigger companies.
