I have purchased several doors from Home Depot. These have all been for replacements in my home. Some have been door blanks for sliding closet doors or prehung doors. I have always found the ordering process to be easy and many times the doors are in stock at my local store or another close buy. It is easy for staff at any home depot to see the level of stock at any store. When doors have had to be ordered they delivery has been on time. There are a variety of brands to choose from, but I have mainly used Jeld-Wen doors and found the quality and workmanship good to better. Doors generally come pre primed and ready for paint but you can buy wood grain and pre finished. They have crews available to do your installations. But I have never used a door crew. I have had countertops installed and found them to be professional.

We recently needed a custom security entrance door, at very odd dimensions. We priced around, and found that Home Depot was the lowest price, and not to mention that they have top notch customer service. Highly recommend!
