  • No Job Restrictions
  • Emergency Response
  • Works Around the Clock

Large, Experienced Provider

Utah Disaster Kleenup customers benefit from its size and experience. As the largest disaster restoration company in the state, it offers the most resources, including employees and equipment. UDK has had a long time to develop and streamline its processes and procedures. You benefit from the company's experience because this isn't the company's first time (or second, third, etc.) seeing your issue. UDK will know how to handle the situation, how long it will take, and how much it will cost.

If you want to know more about what kind of solutions UDK has provided, you can read residential and commercial case studies online to see what this cleanup company can do.

No Job Restrictions

This disaster restoration company can handle any job. It doesn't restrict the type (residential or commercial) or the work needed. It is accustomed to cleaning storm and flood damage, fire damage, and mold mitigation, but it can handle any repair and restoration project required. The company offers free quotes and in-person consultations.

24/7 Emergency Response

UDK has a 24-hour emergency response hotline to respond to emergencies that happen day or night. In all three service areas, the company's residential emergency services have a 60-minute response time. Once they have arrived, the team will perform a damage assessment and form a battle plan.

Clients are assigned a project manager as your key point of contact for the whole cleanup and repair process.

Works Around the Clock

The UDK team will work around the clock to get your property into pre-damage condition. This emphasis on cleaning and repairing your property quickly helps displaced families and businesses get back to normal.

Works with All Insurance Providers

If you are using your homeowners' insurance or flood insurance, it can be confusing, as with any insurance process. Not only does UDK work with any insurance company following a covered disaster, but it will help you through the claims process with your provider.

Your UDK estimator will take care of working with your insurance company, ensuring the claims handling process runs as smoothly as possible.

Online Bill Payment

Consumers who prefer to pay their bills online, with a simple electronic payment that can be easily tracked in their accounting software, will appreciate this service.

This feature is not always a given in the disaster cleanup world. Lots of companies don't support online payment.

The Bad

  • Limited Service Area

Limited Service Area

This company serves the whole state of Utah, but it operates out of three locations:

  • Layton
  • Draper
  • St. George

In those areas, the emergency response time is 60 minutes. If you are outside of its prescribed service areas, a response time is not provided. You must contact the hotline for a quoted response time.

The Bottom Line

Utah Disaster Kleenup offers its services to the whole state. Customers benefit from the company's decades of experience and enhanced resources. UDK has lots of experience in the essential disaster recovery services, but it can handle any disaster cleanup job. Emergencies are fielded 24 hours a day, with on-site contact within one hour in its three local service areas and quotes needed for other locations.

UDK will help you through the insurance process, no matter the provider, and any consumer payments can be made online, like your deductible.

With its vast resources and extended reach in the state, this is probably the safest choice for most consumers, especially big jobs and those that require the fastest-possible resolution. This company should be on your estimate list.

Nancy Salt Lake City, UT

Two person crew came to clean up my laundry room bathroom floor after minimal sewer back up in those basement rooms. Technician told me it was such an easy job he wasn't going to submit a charge. took 20 minutes tops.. 3 months later I get an invoice for $300.00. They took my bathroom rugs I had purchase at Restoration Hardware, $59.00 a piece (2)... never returned. I had to replace the rugs due to company arriving a few days after clean up. I didn't follow up on rugs, since I wasn't getting billed. The two technicians were great...no complaint about them.
