Because they were going to combine and lower my balances and lower my total payments. After the 2nd negotiation they did for me they said I had to start paying $240 more a month which would make my payments higher than before I went to them.

I feel that it started out with one price that I felt was expensive, but it would help me out and I thought that would be the end of it. That’s just that one price 400 OK but now it’s going up 600. Then it’s gonna go up again

I’m far from satisfied with the service they provide. Whomever is in charge of settling the debt I have does not follow up with updates, no one returns emails or phone calls and the process is taking longer than expected. I would never recommend and will actually discourage people from using this service. I’m extremely disappointed and will be looking into canceling the entire service.
