I’m far from satisfied with the service they provide. Whomever is in charge of settling the debt I have does not follow up with updates, no one returns emails or phone calls and the process is taking longer than expected. I would never recommend and will actually discourage people from using this service. I’m extremely disappointed and will be looking into canceling the entire service.

I was told when I started this there would not be any extra or added fees, and now I have gotten two calls trying to increase my payment. I keep up with everything and I know if everything stays the same and they accept the two offers on my last two accounts they will still end up making about $4000 dollars.
