When dealing with debt, the most important aspect to me was customer service so I could have the confidence that the company I picked was taking care of me. Liberty Debt Relief definitely checks this box! Without even prompting them I would have monthly check ins to help guide me through my finances and where in the process I was. They also give you an advisor so it's amazing to have one point of contact who knows you and your situation rather than having to explain it to someone new every time you have a question. My debt has lessened greatly and I am so glad I used Liberty Debt Relief.

If I would have known that nothing would happen for months, no payments or contact with my debtors and allowing all those late payments to happen I would have never signed up with Liberty. I was struggling but i was at least paying the minimum amount each month. Liberty allowed 3 months of late payments and I still have creditors calling me. I am even more stressed than i was before.

I am three months in so far working on 2 to 3 deals at the moment have one that was settled already. Yes my credit dipped from 580 to 500 and some other places read 430 however I am seeing results quicker than any other place. I’ve been paying on these bills for over five years and I should be done with them within a year with the liberty debt program.

For the most part I’m satisfied with the process. The last settlement took a bit longer than expected and was not as positive as I had hoped for. Plus, the process is now taking longer than anticipated and the monthly repayment amount has increased to a point of making meeting the amount a bit difficult.

I’m far from satisfied with the service they provide. Whomever is in charge of settling the debt I have does not follow up with updates, no one returns emails or phone calls and the process is taking longer than expected. I would never recommend and will actually discourage people from using this service. I’m extremely disappointed and will be looking into canceling the entire service.
