As the contract was in its final year, my payments had to be doubled or add another year. I am sure that somewhere in the contract said that the amount agreed on could be adjusted. But to double payments seems like someone did not compute correctly.

For the most part I’m satisfied with the process. The last settlement took a bit longer than expected and was not as positive as I had hoped for. Plus, the process is now taking longer than anticipated and the monthly repayment amount has increased to a point of making meeting the amount a bit difficult.

If I would have known that nothing would happen for months, no payments or contact with my debtors and allowing all those late payments to happen I would have never signed up with Liberty. I was struggling but i was at least paying the minimum amount each month. Liberty allowed 3 months of late payments and I still have creditors calling me. I am even more stressed than i was before.

I found it on line. They are not horrible, it's just lack of communication. I get messages that they will be taking out more money because of an agreement they made with a retailer, however, in between that I hear nothing about the progress or where I stand. I am three months in so far working on 2 to 3 deals at the moment have one that was settled already. Yes my credit dipped from 580 to 500 and some other places read 430 however I am seeing results quicker than any other place. I’ve been paying on these bills for over five years and I should be done with them within a year with the liberty debt program.
