Please note we strive to educate our clients on the options available to them and enroll them in a program that is appropriate for their situation. On our web site it clearly states debt settlement, as well as the service agreement that was signed. That said, we know that misunderstandings happen and we will review the call to see if there is something we can do improve our process. We appreciate your feedback.
