I believe this company does a good job resolving debt. I had 14 credit cards that I had to pay and was unable to do so because of circumstances beyond my control. I gave them 9 creditors to pay and have paid off 4 of them in the last 6 months. What a great team effort.

This company is absolutely the worst company I ever dealt with in my life the very first person I spoke to was named Dan he was OK but I can’t account Dan or blame Dan for the buffoonery that this company displays I was told to pay a certain amount of money a month, and I wouldn’t have to move from that amount Six months down the line of paying a consistent amount of money they called me and said, can you pay more money it will be beneficial to you I told him no I cannot, and that’s what I was not told I was told to pay a certain amount of money and that wouldn’t change, they lied I fell into a hardship financially I honestly called them back and told them that I fell into I hardship. They said we understand I told him I would have to cancel. She said fine but the unpaid that will still show up on your credit report I said I understand so when I made my decision to cancel, we went over the details , here’s what was told to me if you cancel whatever debt is not settled or paid will continue to be on your account I said OK prior to this conversation I received several phone calls concerning my account of 53 of them was paid off and settled and I was told I would not have to worry about them and wait 30 days Before they come off my credit report nearly 6 months later I go apply for a loan and there they are all of them still sitting on my credit report I called this company spoke to a representative. He tried to explain to me and I told him that what I was told was when I was canceled the service that any debt that was paid will be off of my credit report in 30 days and if any funds was left over it will be put back in my account. Well I had to fight to and now to get my little $273 back which was ridiculous. Thank you Jordan but nevertheless, here we are with the other issue that had five accounts three was paid off and all five are still left on my credit report, so where did my money go? This is absolutely the worst company in the world. They are all liars. All they want is your money I wouldn’t recommend them to a pile of dung now I have to seek a lawyer to sue the company , absolutely ridiculous

We suggest these potential increases to expedite the program, enabling our clients to become debt-free and rebuild their credit faster. However, we want to emphasize that such adjustments are entirely optional, and we do not mandate them.

Regarding the status of your program, we would like to clarify that while you initially chose a 36-month program, it is not uncommon for clients' financial circumstances to change during the program. Our priority is to provide flexibility and support to accommodate such changes. During the first year of your program, we made significant progress. Our team negotiated settlement payment plans for the majority of your accounts, resulting in a substantial reduction in your overall debt burden. However, it is important to note that these settlement plans were contingent upon completing the program. Unfortunately, your creditors voided the arrangements because your program was canceled before reaching the agreed-upon monthly payments.

As for the allocation of your monthly payments, they were used for the negotiated settlements and our service fee as specified in our contract. Please be assured that we take your feedback seriously and continuously strive to improve our services. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention, and we thank you for your patience and understanding as we work towards a resolution. We will be getting in touch with you to try and resolve this complaint.
