It's a sales gig to get you to sign up to make them money. It's as simple as that. Ultimately, they'll help you reduce some debt, so they get the 1 star. But the amount of debt they claim to reduce for you is quite deceptive, since you have to pay the settlement fee, back into the debt relief company. Do they relieve you of anything? Your money!

They are very harassing. I would get 3-4 phone calls a day from them, I didn't want their services. I explained my disinterest and asked them to remove me from their call list. Now I get 4-6 calls a day and half of them are partial calls and an instant call after. Will NEVER use this company.
