My husband and I signed the paperwork that was required of us and money is being taken from our account but our creditors are calling and sending texts. One creditor I spoke with said her company has not heard from any one asking to negotiate the payment. Where is our money going? I would certainly like to know. I am very unhappy and afraid we were ripped off.
