I used Credit Saint for a year and they did get rid of one or two false disputes but not the big debt that was paid off. When called them 4 months after I quit them to ask why they never fixed they said they don't handle debt problems. I sent them proof of paid off student loan over and over and we're not able to get the bureaus to use the correct balance of the loans.

I joined in June 2021, and my credit has always been above 750. My credit report is immaculate as i have never missed any payments always paying everything early. However i had a collection on there for a medical bill ( that was incorrectly placed on my credit file due to me receiving Medicaid there should not have been any balance oweing as the hospital assured me they paid my bill. I never received any bill or anything either. Credit saint said they would DEFINITELY be able to remove this 1 collection ( the only thing) i had on my credit file!!! After paying $100, then $80 for the next 2 months, nothing was done AT ALL! The collection is still there and i am nearly $300.00 out of pocket. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY they LIE and could not even remove the only item i had on my credit file!! They make false promises of removing items then refuse to refund ( as per their 90 day money back policy) That proved a lie. I dont know where all the good reviews come from!!!!! I had just 1 item and they couldn't manage to remove that ( even though it was incorrectly on my credit file. ONCE AGAIN DO NOT TRUST this company they are LIARS they do not remove anything and steal your money on top of that!!!!

I had a really bad experience with this company. I was disputing some legitimate identity theft- and I had police reports and everything. After 5-6 months of working with them, they were unable to get fraudulent inquiries removed from my account. But then I started getting letters from credit card companies I actually had real accounts with- that had been closed in good standing- that they were removing accounts from my credit reports. These were good accounts that had been paid on time and closed due to non use (stores I no longer shop at). However it showed a positive payment history. These people got good stuff removed and did not dispute the damaging things that were hurting my credit. They are idiots! Save your money.

I believe in the negative reviews and not the positive. I don't recommend anyone to work with this company. They wasted 7 months of our time with not much accomplished. It's now 7 months and things that were deleted are being added back to Transunion. This is with their Clean Slate program. They only managed to get Transunion almost clean but not 100% even after all this time. We only saw changes in the first cycle and after that everything went down hill as if they were not doing their job at all after the first cycle. We called the bureaus and they told us that challenges were never received for months. It's hard to believe all the positive reviews.

Your representative sounded so bored and boring there was NO WAY I was going to choose you, no matter how good your company may be. When your salespeople aren't engaged, can't keep or stir up my interest and make my emotional experience boring and have no passion for what they're selling, why would I want to buy your product?

SCAM company I have the worst experience with Credit… I have the worst experience with Credit Saint, they caused my score dropped by 63 points, just got a report from Equifax , showing the massive drop that I never seen in my life- total scam- PLEASE stay away from them. if they can not fix this huge issue I am going to hire an attorney to file a lawsuit against this scam company and write negative reviews about them to as many site as possible, this is playing with people's life which I do not let that happen to other people..

Horrible experience. Used them for months, paid $200 to get started,and $120 a month to get my score up. They told me my score was low and they could fix it money back guarantee. Long story short, the scammed me. My score did not increase because of them, I increased it by taking control and paying off a credit card. When asked for my money back, the said no because they had one thing that someone had put on my credit twice removed, which didn't even raise my score LOL! THEY ARE HORRIBLE! the money you spend on this poor service,you could put twords paying off your debt. Scammed.

If I could give a negative review, I would. I opted for the aggressive plan and credit squad, my credit utilization was 0%, I did not apply for any new credit. I did everything they asked and my credit score actually went down 16 points on Experian. Because the were able to get a handful of really old late payments deleted (which did not affect my scores) they will not honor the 90 day back money guarantee. 457.00 for 3 months for a LOWER credit score than when I started. A TOTAL ROP OFF! DON'T DO IT! I did better monitoring my credit on my own.
