Credit saint is great and I'm not just saying that lightly. I didn't have a lot of collection stuff, mostly late payments from the past, but they were able to clear one of my whole reports! Their customer support is great always there to answer questions. Like anything else, you do have to do the work too since they are your reports and your credit. I have been using them for 4 months, I have been paying stuff off and paying on time and credit saint has been doing their thing getting stuff erased. Credit score went from 520 to 692 so far.

I'd been fighing with bank of america and capital one for MONTHS trying to get my fathers damage off my credit report. THe companies basically laughed at me when I said I wasnt him. I have been with Credit Saint for two months now and I'm seen progress. I have a 1 repo 4 student loans and they are being removed an I am not the type to leave reviews but they are worth it. They provide the best customer service and they are honest .Kamelia is my agent an she is very patience knowledgeable and attentive. They might be expensive again but quality service and if you want to have a second chance in the world of credit this is the company to go with.

I just hung up with marissa at credit saint. I couldnt get to a computer so she spent the last hour and a half explaining the stuff they had removed, (a LOT) AND what i needed to do now to help my self after what she called an "explosion" in my first cycle in their clean slate program. Ive had bad credit for years. If Id known it was so easy to fix, I'd have done this years ago. great customer service. alos I should mention, she called me, just to "follow up" and make sure i understood what was happening. i was shocked at the great customer service.

real humans! I was skeptical about giving out my social, but the PARALEGAL i spoke to made me feel comfortable, and the reputation and track record are there, and the A+ BBB rating sold me. Check the BBB people, a lot of these companies have F's! like Credit Repair. com #2 on this site, and The Credit People #3 on this site. How are they rated so high when the BBB gives them Fs? IDK! Anyhow. Credit Saint worked for me. The customer service is excellent and the results are great. Talked to the same AMERICAN HUMANS every time i called. A++++++++++!!!!

6 months in the CLEAN SLATE program and ive got a CLEAN SLATE. They did a really good job keeping me informed with actual phone calls and updates. I didnt have to do much but send the reports from the credit bureaus. That can be annoying, but when I forgot, they called and reminded me. I spent about $800 overall, and would have paid double that to get where i am now. Good value per dollar.

satisfied customer. They didnt get rid of everything in my report, but they did get rid of the vast majority of the problems. Then one day they called me and said that they did a cycle and saw no change. They wanted me to be aware that i might be finished. I was surprised at the call. Because I had over 90 things removed, of course i was happy with the work and the program.

Credit Saint is the only real option in this list. I called the others. Some of them dont even answer their phones. Others are just fast talkers with no knowledge of what they are selling. I spoke to a real expert. Zero pressure. I like that. when i said i had to think about it, they didnt protest, just told me to get back to them with any other questions. I did sign up. Im waiting for my first results now and will update this revieew when I get them.

Credit Saint gave me a very clear and complete understanding of what our contract would cover, how their service would work, what I should expect and results i could anticipate. Once my credit review was underway, everything went as they had described, and with excellent results. They further explained many aspects of how credit reporting works which taught me a lot more for improving my score in the future when doing business. They do have electronic phone answering, but got me to a live person very quickly every time I called, and I always got answers to the questions I was asking.

Im an over the road truck operator so getting to a computer is hard for me. Credit saint's reps called me periodically to keep me informed. Ive worked with lexington and others on this list and you sign up for service and never hear from them again. Credit Saint goes the extra mile to keep you in the loop by actually calling me once a month for an update on my credit and to make sure im doing what they told me to do and answering any questions i can think of. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

child let me tell you! they BEASTED it! I used lexington all through 2016 and in the first 3 months of 17 with having spent over 1000 on bad service from lexington law, I spend a fraction of that with CS and got WAY MORE VAALUE! How is Lexintgon number 1 here? My advice, is read past number one on these lists. There is gold buried deeper! Creditsaint was a great surprise.

I cant say enough about the blessing these people were to me. I was so distraught about my credit and the way some bad creditors had treated me. They did things I thought had to be illegal. I talked to an attorney, but in the end, Credit Saint were the ones who gained my confidence, and it was well placed. I hope i dont need them again, but if I did, i wouldnt consider anyone else for this kind of work.

I didnt feel like a number. Talked to the same people each time and got my rid of the mess made by a former man in my life. I thought I was going to be blacklisted forever for the stuff he did. Credit Saint fixed it...quick. AND they didnt LET me have the most expensive program. I wanted their Clean Slate, (most aggressive, most expensive) and they said i wasnt eligible! I didnt have enough damage. They also said their middle program (REMODEL) is more aggressive than others best programs....and it was. I tell everyone.

Couple months into the process, I'll say this company was the right choice. Im not great with a computer, and i wanted more of a human element because i have lots of questions. Credit Saint calls me once a month just to make sure I understand whats going on, and I can see the work they do on my account page. ( when I can get into it.) The bad stuff on my credit is steadily coming off so thats good!

I have contacted them in panic after noticing an unexpected decrease in my credit score. The person who was speaking to me spent 20 minutes on the phone analyzing my credit status and in the end she told me that I don't need to panic and I don't need a professional credit repair service at this time. I did not even know what was on my credit report until Credit Saint recovered a copy of my credit report for me. The paralegal I spoke with took the time to go over the entire report with me even though I initially told her that I would likely be shopping around before I made a final decision. Within the first twenty minutes of my conversation with Credit Saint, I already gained more knowledge on credit than I had acquired my whole life. I was instructed on ways to build credit but also on ways to tackle the debts that I accumulated over the years. I went off my gut and decided to go with the program that day. Within the first cycle, ( which runs in 45 day periods) I had my repossession, my bankruptcy and the ALL of the late payments / charge-offs removed from 4/5 of my accounts t hat were filed under the bankruptcy. Within TWO months I was able to walk into my dealership and get approved of a car that I could actually afford. . It is hard to trust companies these days, especially in the financial sector. I went about 4 cycles with credit saints. I will say they were very easy to speak with. They did answer questions. However here are the things I noted. I did the clean slate at 119 a month. Over the months I had around 20 late payments taken off. The ONE THING they do not do is fight the collection agency. So, it can come off your original creditor, but it will not come off from the collector. They DO NOT call you, write you or contact you at the end of cycles. They just charge your card. Again, if I called - they’d tell me the same info that I could see. I NEVER talked to a credit specialist, or anyone about how / what / if I needed to do anything. It was just 119 a month. My score after about 4 cycles went up around 25 to 40 points on fico 8. HOWEVER, I also noted when they did the vast credit Challenge, my scores would drop everytime the creditor reported, then over the 30 days come up and then go down again. I think this is cuz the creditors were re reporting. Even tho the debt was 5 to 6 years old. Was it worth it? Yes and no. I’d have liked to have talked to the dept that fights. I would have liked a monthly (45 day) call or email. I left credit saint recently as they changed their TOS - wanted me to agree but the site wouldn’t show me the TOS or list what had changed. When I clicked no it immediately removed me as a client, but encouraged me to call if I had questions and I could sign up again if I wanted to send them money and new paperwork… complete hands off “customer service”.

the bureaus dont want you to use credit repair companies, but then when you try to work with them direct, nothing gets fixed. I tried it for 6 months before calling Credit Saint, and i got nothing done on my own. Credit Saint had things deleted in the first month. I should have called them sooner.
