Credit repair sent me a email stating that 2 items was removed off Transunion. When I self updated my reports through 2 different companies the items were still showing on my report. At this point I'm frustrated. I called and spoke with a rep and explained everything to her. Basically I feel that she lied. She told me the item was a duplicate item and they removed one and the other one was still showing. Well, I told her NO because you guys give us a case valet which you show us everything on our reports and there was no duplicate because I would have seen it. She told me "I'm just going to go ahead and cancel your service I guess some PEOPLE know about their credit more than we do" (sarcastically and started laughing) I responded with " It's mine, so I should". Rude and attitude very distasteful.

You can reach a rep online through live chat or over the phone! You can verify you account online ,through the app or over the phone also!. They explain everything very easily and provide e-mails for every change that happens on my account. I'm still working on my credit with CreditRepair.com , but so far so good! I give a 10 as a review because up to now they have my trust and I believe they will come through before 6 months go by.

These people took their time about doing anything, and once they finally started doing something, they submitted all the wrong information, disputed items that were correct, and left out the ones I wanted disputed and removed - to the letter. They disputed names incorrectly and removed correct names, and did not address incorrect ones. They disputed all my correct addresses and left the incorrect ones. Serious problems with communications - I'm supposed to scan and email everything I receive to them, apparently because they have not idea what they are doing. I did not pay them $1600 to have me do all the work.

If you have collections on your account Then you absolutely need CreditRepair. Com. Thete is no way around it. This is the best company or service i have probably ever used based on the work they do for you and the loyalty they have to you. If CreditRepair. Com says they can and will do something for you than you better believe because your life is about to change in the best way possible. Plain and simple your credit will be repaired.

After seven months I called in to check the status of my disputes and the rep told me that my disputes haven't been replied too and I would need to do a different approach. So i asked " well when were you going to tell me its been seven months of me paying you". I immediately canceled. They have great reviews that's why I hired them but my experience was no so good. If your reading this call every 45 days and speak with a rep of the status of your account and don't just go off there generic emails updates.

Creditrepair.com has been excellent at removing items off my credit report they give you annual updates they send you reports to your email they give you a login they set you up with everything you're going to need so they'll know what you know is going on with your credit report this is 24 hours if you want to log in and find out what's going on it's open there for you so you'll know what's going on and I think the money is well worth it I think I'm worth it thank you but make sure it's in your budget that you can afford it
